Last update is a big step back

After the last update I can no longer bill pay individuals through the app. I have children in college and this is how I send them money and my ex wife. They don’t even show up as an option anymore. The functionality still exists on the web site but it’s gone in the last version of the app.

Not an accurate balance from hour to hour

Every update makes it worse….the balances are not accurate and may change hourly, but it’s the ‘vendors fault’, never seems to keep an accurate pending balance or show transaction still pending

I cannot access any bank info since the latest update. I’m not sure what’s going on but it seems as though I didn’t receive any notice that changes were going to be made. I have tried obtaining online support to no avail. My next step is to go into the main branch on Monday to try to receive help in this matter. I love the online app and have never had any issues until now. Hopefully all of our concerns will be resolved.
