We are happy to have a full IKEA store here in Bayamon, PR, here are another store without a warehouse and sometimes we had to wait for weeks/month to get merchandise from it, that is the IKEA store in Carolina, PR.

I downloaded IKEAFamily and it doesn’t do a thing. Won't even let me select my location. So disappointing from IKEA. Had higher expectations from this Swedish company.

I cannot insert my location to configure IKEAFamily because it freezes at the start. Useless

I cannot update my address so i cannot take advantage of the cash i have earned so far......

Why does IKEAFamily even exist in the US market if we can’t use it in Texas?

Please add support for Apple wallet and more features to IKEAFamily similar to the US App

IKEAFamily is only for Spain and a few other countries.

Please fix this! IKEAFamily will not even let me open it! It crashes each and every time I've tried to open it. This is ridiculous.

IKEAFamily is only good in Baltic, canary islands and Spain. Not sure when I’m supposed to do with my new IKEA family card I got in Illinois?

Only works if you are in Puerto Rico or Canary Islands. Glad they failed to mention that in IKEAFamily description.

La peor aplicación que han creado, totalmente diferente a la de USA. No tan siquiera puede uno comprar solo utilizarla para la presentar la tarjeta familiar al cajero.

No funciona en lo absoluto. Necesita un update de emergencia

Cada ciertos días cierra sesión y luego no quiere iniciar tu cuenta, da error incluso poniendo que recuerde tu clave y cuenta.

Por el otro lado el servicio al cliente de Ikea es pésimo. Lo cual solo empeora la experiencia con la aplicación.

No abre correctamente, no se logea a la cuenta, dan como incorrecta la contraseña, no consigue la ubicación… y cuando si logras acceder a la cuenta te saca y se queda; LOOOOADING.
Re-make all again. Reinicien Desde cero

The description of IKEAFamily did not mention that it is specifically for the Balearic and Canary Islands at Spain, for Puerto Rico, and the Dominican Republic. I'll be deleting it.

Если вы живете в другой стране, вы не можете зарегистрироваться или можете зарегистрироваться только в одной из этих трёх стран. Естественно, у вас будут проблемы с бонусами, вы их не получите.
