I was very wary after reading the reviews about AppsVillage. However, I thought that if I followed the instructions, I would be fine. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Beware, the first six days of your trial. Will be great. You’ll wonder how so many people could leave bad reviews. I promise, the second your payment clears and they have your money, all of your support will be gone. Within a couple days starting to use AppsVillage , I had an issue with profiles being tangled together and I was unable to separate them. This was costing me money as some customers were claiming Rewards that did not belong to them. I sent an email to the support team and received a response relatively quickly saying that they would look into it as soon as possible and have a solution for me. Three days later and I have not heard a thing. The only notification I’ve gotten was that my payment was cleared. I sent several other emails to support with not a single response. I tried to use their live chat support and only received an automated responses. AppsVillage seems to be a complete scam. Till my issue was resolved, this is my review. I am hoping that they make Good on their word and continue to support the at the Dave building.

Paid for a year subscription and having issues ever since I paid the same day AppsVillage said I had an issue with my payment. I have no form of communication with AppsVillage dev and have no access to my app I’m also limited. This really is frustrating especially since the payment wasn’t cheap. Please fix or I need a refund please. Also please inform me of what AppsVillage has to offer in the full paid version of their is any additional features at all. Overall good concept satisfied thus far amazing app but ever since the payment issue I’ve been living a beautiful nightmare

Terrible app, bad design on mobile, overrides decision NOT to add entire friend list as accepting a friend request....
Content half off page, couldn’t read it all or know which part of buttons that did show were correct selection.
It asked to choose 5 friends, only chose 4, did NOT choose to add entire friend list, but it did and notified them as friend request.

Honestly speaking. I start a business and trying new stuff to promote, so I ran across AppsVillage. Horrible experience. They took $86 out of my account I did not authorize and I also tried to contact them when they took $10 from me for a promotion that you denied me. No email response, no phone number to contact them nothing. It’s a scam. Their stealing people money.

You charge me twice in 2 days. I have sent email after email about this. I have disputed this with my bank. I never had such I bad experience with my apps. I want both refunds and nothing to do with AppsVillage! It’s not helpful at all! Basically use my info off my Facebook business page. So unuseful why is there no customer service number. I wonder why because you wrongfully take advantage of business owners! Refund both transactions

While setting up AppsVillage for one of the Business we have. I entered my business email address. But my personal email is associated with my Business pages. Now I’m stuck and not able to move forward. Tried to get some customer supper help. But he was not able to help. Will wait to hear from them hopefully soon and would love to change the ratings once my account is setup and running. By the way my credit card has already been charged a $1 for verification. Hopefully not get charged even though account is not setup yet.

I can’t figure out how to use this. I downloaded AppsVillage I then logged in using Facebook it gives me options that AppsVillage can do. I click save without turning anything off and it cycles back to the Log in with Facebook or Instagram again. I can’t get past it.

You cant upload photos. Can’t upload Menu and has no loyalty feature for customers. I also thought you can download your app from apps store or google play. But apparently its just a link version.

We are loving AppsVillage so far! However I run a very busy bakery and definitely can’t keep up with all the various means of communicating with my customers. The messaging option should be optional in my opinion. I have people messaging me about things of little importance and I look like a jerk if I don’t respond back. Also, I don’t like that I have to approve every coupon that wants to be redeemed. I mean, what if we get to thousands of people who want to use a coupon? That would take forever to go through! Lastly, it would be nice if we also had the option to not use military time for business hours. Not everyone knows how to tell military time. Overall, AppsVillage is great! It’s been fun so far. Would recommend

Customers can book appointments. But the links to my website and payment will not load.

I have store front and have used this 3 Months and I have doubled my income and I dont use the sale part. I use advertise and in store only. It’s definitely worth the Money and your customers that come first come first. They see and are notified of any new updates and sales and coupons or specials immediately. We are perfectly satisfied and happen to be voted best Boutique. Thank you this app. KelzBoutique

I was about to pay over $10k to get an app built for my business and thank God I stumbled across this app before I signed a contract and gave them my money! AppsVillage they were going to build me did not have any of the functions this app had! I’m so so so glad i found AppsVillage! It does things i wouldn’t have even thought to ask my app developer to make an app do! This is the best app ever and the price is worth every penny!

We use AppsVillage for sending out specials, coupons and deals on a weekly basis. It was easy to use. There were times we ran very aggressive discounts for our app users only to keep them engaged.

I manage 2 Asian markets in the Seattle area. I added the use of AppsVillage after we opened our 2nd location and have now been using AppsVillage now for about month. In just that time, the number of users has reached over 350. We’ve increased our response time directly with customers which is huge.
I love the fact that when we post specials, AppsVillage users will get text notifications. These customers are the ones most likely to purchase, and they feel special because they get to know about out specials well before our ads are published in other media.
Most importantly, during this short time of mastering the admin side of AppsVillage , I’ve sent support a couple of inquiries, and the response via email is usually within 24 -36 hours and we’re always spot on helpful.
I’ve since recommended AppsVillage to several colleagues in retail and restaurants.

**Update - after speaking to customer service my money for unpublished ads was refunded. Very happy now!! I have spent a good deal of $$ on ads so this made me happy so I updated my review from 3-5 stars.

AppsVillage is so wonderful. My only issue is with advertising. I’ve spend a lot of $$ advertising but occasionally I am billed the $5 and the ad never runs and I’m not reimbursed. This has happened 3 times in about 2 weeks. That is $15 I have just thrown away. If I could get that money back I would gladly upgrade this rating to more stars.

AppsVillage for our music studio was so easy to set up and very affordable. The recent update makes it very easy to click “not now” on the sign up for SMS pop-up. The directions for adding to iOs/Android home screen are very clear and easy to follow. My main reason for adding this standalone app is for users to follow our social media posts without being on Facebook and Instagram. I like that AppsVillage auto-populates content from the studio FB page and that I can also add new content from AppsVillage . Well done. I think the choice of stock photos could be better for in-app posts but it’s not a big deal because I can easily replace the photo with a photo of my choice.

I just launched AppsVillage and think it will be a big hit with clients. I love the punch card feature! I wish we could add forms like contact gathering or surveys? Otherwise I think it will be a fun addition to our social media marketing.

My team was in shock how much our business was improved since we implemented this great app to our business.

It took about 10 minutes from the minute I downloaded AppsVillage until the moment I had an up and running app that sells!! Customer service is amazing too. Highly recommend
