New app looks nice.

I look the look and feel of their new app. Unfortunately, I cannot fathom why they would remove all the functionality the old app had. I cannot view any asset information and much more on this new app. It’s basically useless for me. I still use the old app as it has all the features I need when I’m on the road which is 70% of the time. I wish they would go back to the old app and update the look and feel of that one.

Useless

We use Sysaid's cloud service. This app does not work at all. No tickets display. Cannot add new incidents. Why offer the app if you aren't going to support it or fix the problems? It's industry standard to have a robust mobile app. Every other Service Desk or ITSM service has one and it's one of the biggest reasons I am looking to move away from SysAid. Not having a mobile app is a deal breaker.

App is unusable

The app is unusable. The app isn't designed to accommodate any server side customization. We are not allowed to update tickets at all due to the fact that we have 3rd level subcategories disabled.
