“I am extremely disappointed with MyUS. The service has been nothing but trouble from the start. I signed up with high hopes of using it to ship items from the U.S., but instead, I faced constant issues. Firstly, despite repeated attempts, I couldn’t remove my credit card from my account, which is a serious security concern. The site doesn’t offer an option to delete your payment information, and customer service was unhelpful.

To make matters worse, when I tried to resolve the issue, their response time was slow, and the support team seemed clueless. It’s clear that MyUS does not prioritize customer satisfaction or data security. I would strongly advise against using this service. If you’re looking for a reliable, secure, and user-friendly shipping solution, look elsewhere. This is a company that clearly doesn’t care about its customers or their privacy.”

If I could give zero stars I would

Totally no customer service. I am literally paying them to screw me over.
MyUS advertises and sells delivery services under certain timeframes that are not respected. They are not holding the shipment company’s responsible and give no regard for our money.
I took it upon myself to investigate why my package is jot being delivered within the timeframe I paid for and found out it is negligence on side of the delivery company. Totally unjustifiable and unacceptable.
myUS keeps on saying how I need to understand that there may be delays because of this or that … yes, sometimes there are reasons that we cannot do anything about, but hey, if it is flat out on a delivery company that just doesn’t care, well … give me money back for the service that you have not delivered and agreed and paid for.
I am not using MyUS as of today.

Terrible Customer Service

My package is over 3 months late and I haven't been able to get a refund because a glitch in MyUSGlobalShippingApp and they can't even get in touch with the people they shipped with to get it to move

When they recive the package it has the merchant invoice I don't know why the ask for the real value when they have the prove of it. even when I type the value MyUSGlobalShippingApp put random number like one package I typed 41$ it shows 383$

Decent service, poor app

MyUSGlobalShippingApp is by far the worst app installed on my phone. It’s so outdated and slow. With the latest release they removed the images after the items ship, so now you must pay to see pictures.

Useless App

Ever since MyUSGlobalShippingApp got hacked it has been frustrating using it. Can’t MyUS sort the mess out already 😏😏😏😡😡😡 One time you are logged in, another time you’re logged out and can’t even access your own account 🤨🤨🤨

The new app is really bad

I was expecting an improved app when it was upgraded, however it is much worse than the previous one. I basically stopped using as it is laggy, lacks so many functionalities that you can find in the web version

New app is beyond frustrating

I don’t understand why couldn’t they keep the archaic app the way it was? It was functioning perfectly fine. Try to make it fancy and now it doesn’t work half the time and so many information/features missing. Beyond frustrating.

Worst app ever

The worst experience I have ever experienced. They take 4-5 days to check packages in, over-inflate the value of the package and when you try to correct it, they take days and days to reject your invoices. It’s almost been a month since I’ve gotten my account and still I can’t send anything. Rubbish company. Avoid at all costs.

like seriously a 18 years old teenager is capable of designing a better application than this new nonsense updated app that is full of bugs and requires you to write down your sign in info whenever you close MyUSGlobalShippingApp , my iphone doesn't even recognize MyUSGlobalShippingApp to automatically fill in my login details using my face ID. seriously the worst app

Poor Feathers

The website is way way way BETTER than this tiny poor Application, it’s not even close to the website in any shape, in addition to that every time I re-open MyUSGlobalShippingApp , it requires me to log-in every single time no matter how much time you took since you closed MyUSGlobalShippingApp !!! I would rather use the website to get my things done!!

Nonexistent customer service

I have a package lost in space. Neither the carrier, DHL, nor the sender, MyUS, have been remotely helpful. Twice I contacted MyUS and twice they said they’d check on the status of the package and get back to me. Both times they never responded back. I’m done with it. I’ve chalked up the loss of several hundred dollars worth of items to a learning experience. I would never use this company again.

The worst company ever

The worst company ever they lost my shipment from 10/5 and when i send emails nobody answer me even the carrier sent me the proof of delivery and when i chat they cut chatting i want my refund i don’t want the parcel anymore i bought the dress for special occasion now i can’t wear it i have to look for another one

After two weeks they found my shipment but i don’t want any more i told them to return it to the merchant but they lost my shipment and i gave them a label to return the shipment but until now i don’t know where’s the shipment today is the third of July

App doesn’t load, don’t bother

Just updated MyUSGlobalShippingApp , which rendered it completely useless. Takes me to Google play store, when I only use Apple Store, so unless I want use a different platform, for 1 app , MyUSGlobalShippingApp doesn’t work. Well done.

Pls fix Photo viewing problems

On History Details page, Pls make it DEFAULT to display content photos CORRESPONDING to EACH package that was grouped into a shipment. Otherwise the page is meaningless for me to just stare at a listing of generic category names without any photo to identify the shipment contents during checking/tracking. Photos are crucial for item differentiation especially when I use this service for medical/health supplies. Items under the same category can be completely different things. MyUSGlobalShippingApp view is supposed to save us from the laborious process of clicking deep into the website.

Late fees

Only things I dislike about this company is their late fees. If you fail to pay within 30 days you’ll be charged a % fee which is forbidden in my religion. I’ve been a loyal customer for more than 3 years and most of the time pay within the timeframe but sometimes you’ll have issues with your bank card or the bank or you will have so many shipments to pay for and eventually fail to pay on time for one shipment or two. I believe we should not be charged late fees. Please revise this.

Awesome shipping service

I think MYUS is doing a terrific job in allowing international shoppers to shop online directly from top IS stores and their purchases delivered straight to their doorsteps. I have been using MYUS since last year and so far I’m impressed with their levels of efficiency. Their shipping fees structure is very affordable, and they don’t have any hidden fees.

Amazing

Honestly I am a big spender and shopping from the US this is the best option out there, yes they have their ups and downs but still with all features they offer it’s amazing, during Covid the service was still great compared with others , this review is for MyUS USA not UK, the MyUSA UK is still under progress I imagine.. tried it once and won’t try it again..
