“I am extremely disappointed with MyUS. The service has been nothing but trouble from the start. I signed up with high hopes of using it to ship items from the U.S., but instead, I faced constant issues. Firstly, despite repeated attempts, I couldn’t remove my credit card from my account, which is a serious security concern. The site doesn’t offer an option to delete your payment information, and customer service was unhelpful.
To make matters worse, when I tried to resolve the issue, their response time was slow, and the support team seemed clueless. It’s clear that MyUS does not prioritize customer satisfaction or data security. I would strongly advise against using this service. If you’re looking for a reliable, secure, and user-friendly shipping solution, look elsewhere. This is a company that clearly doesn’t care about its customers or their privacy.”

Totally no customer service. I am literally paying them to screw me over.
MyUS advertises and sells delivery services under certain timeframes that are not respected. They are not holding the shipment company’s responsible and give no regard for our money.
I took it upon myself to investigate why my package is jot being delivered within the timeframe I paid for and found out it is negligence on side of the delivery company. Totally unjustifiable and unacceptable.
myUS keeps on saying how I need to understand that there may be delays because of this or that … yes, sometimes there are reasons that we cannot do anything about, but hey, if it is flat out on a delivery company that just doesn’t care, well … give me money back for the service that you have not delivered and agreed and paid for.
I am not using MyUS as of today.

The worst company ever they lost my shipment from 10/5 and when i send emails nobody answer me even the carrier sent me the proof of delivery and when i chat they cut chatting i want my refund i don’t want the parcel anymore i bought the dress for special occasion now i can’t wear it i have to look for another one
After two weeks they found my shipment but i don’t want any more i told them to return it to the merchant but they lost my shipment and i gave them a label to return the shipment but until now i don’t know where’s the shipment today is the third of July
