I’m a customer since 2020 and I had a few little issues over the time that got resolved very quickly. Overall they offer a great service for me to get my US items to Germany and I use it a few times a year. I cannot say anything about the new UK service they offer because I never used it but the US service is great.
The app runs great without any problems.
