I’m writing this review after getting 2 emails back from mgm not addressing my concerns and defending their app versus make things right with me. Wow this app is bad. Came to Vegas on 2nd weekend of March madness. Got the app to make bets on the fly and boy did I regret it. The app crashed on multiple occasions and I only used it for 3 days. When it came to placing bets I had it not put through bets 3 times and it would load a location thing that basically froze. Of course my l luck with them that all 3 bets were winners so wasn’t able to cash in on a few hundred dollars of sports bets since the app wouldn’t work. Regret it big time. And you’d think a huge casino and sportsbook like mgm would rectify but nope. AND I was told I’d get a matching $300 for my initial $300 deposit. Nope. And when emailed them asking for the $300 matching they sent back this: We currently do not offer any promotions, bonuses, or deposit matches on our BetMGM Nevada platform. The lady who signed me up TOLD me once I contacted mgm they would do the match. Such deceptive practice. A negative 300 rating on this app would be better than 1 star.

Big corporate like MGM should have better developers and engineers for such app, doesn’t fit iPhone pro12 max, can’t place bet even after selecting a team placing the risk amount and place bet it loads and then is gone not bet was places SMH tried many times I reseted the app and did not help, I live in Las Vegas so location has no issue for that, I love William bill been doing it there for over 4 years, the only reason I wanted to switch to MGMBet is I have gambling card with them but man so many issues and glitches they really need to to step up the tech game and keep ahead or they will lose many and many customers.

Since the update, the screen isn’t adapted for an iPhone 12 Pro. The footer menu is almost cut off as is the logo at the top. This is something a competent QA Engineer should have flagged, so I’m really surprised MGM shipped this update. Another issue is that since they updated deposit money method, I am unable to add money online and will have to go down to the sports-book. These are issues that affect your bottom line, so I’m surprised they haven’t been prioritized. The app was down during the entire super bowl. With the above issues and now this, I will be moving over to another betting app.
