I ran into this website looking for my favorite scents at discounted rates and I was ecstatic to have found one. I went and made my purchases immediately, and I was even more jubilant to have two-day shipping at my dispense. I waited for two days...nothing. Waited an extra day, thinking maybe there's a delay...nothing. Waited the 4th day, and didn't see anything so I contacted customer service via email which was another delay in itself - they reply with the same automated message and never directly provide you with a proper response in regards to your issue. They even had the shame to tell me that it was delivered (through their faulty carrier) when it wasn't and issued me a refund...a week after waiting for the item that never came, so that was another week of wait for the actual refund.
Okay. So they told me to try the order again, which I did (sadly). And I'm laughing at this now, but the same exact thing happened all over. I'm actually waiting for yet another refund for the same order, same shipment. This was just overall terrible customer service, whether it was the company itself or the carrier. There is no such thing as two day shipping or any shipping. I made the attempt twice so take it from someone who made the mistake. I won't order from this business again.

We ordered during Christmas of all times! Ordered December 14th in the evening (a Friday night) and had our substantial and I must say, very well packaged order just a few days later, on the morning of the 18th!
I will continue to order from them. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is due to the plethora of emails after my purchase, which I had a difficult time opting out of, as the option is hidden in a paragraph.
But that is worth the savings I received on the several perfumes we purchased.
OH! They also have an app, which I am going to use today to order again!

I love this app, and I have ordered from them many times. I love their low prices. However, FragranceNet is not any easier to use than the mobile website. It is almost no different than if you put a safari shortcut to the mobile site, except for fact that sometimes it is actually a little slower than the mobile site. The only thing I see that is useful is there is a barcode scan feature that you can use to search for items. So unless you’re a frequent buyer, or you need this barcode scan feature, FragranceNet is not worth getting; you can just stick to the mobile or desktop site.

I’ve been noticing lately that prices on certain items in FragranceNet aren’t the same as their website (before coupons and deals). There’s been several items same oz. etc. Ive see on the website or ads that FragranceNet has but for a higher price. No difference in FragranceNet item, same exact description it’ll just be 10-20 dollars more and I can’t find its reason. I love using this app but I hate have having to cross check itself.

I have ordered from this company for quite a few years and never had one problem. I love Angel and have had more people ask me, what are you wearing it is so divine. Men and women alike love this fragrance. I have never had any problems with the delivery never had any issues at all. Sometimes things happen that there is no answer for at all, once we put the order in, pay for it, and it is shipped we are at the mercy of the delivery gods. Stuff happens no one has control over, for what reason once mailed out 100 and 1 things could happen. Love love love angel it is wonderful.

I really wish there was a way to keep a favorites or wish list on here. Sometimes i forget the fragrances i found interesting and don’t have the fund to purchase at the moment but want to revisit later. PUT A WISH LIST/FAVORITE BUTTON 🖤✨ with love

I have ordered from the company three times so far. The prices are crazy discounted and the selection is HUGE!!! Never had issues with payment or delivery of my items. Everything always comes thoughtfully wrapped and in wonderful condition. Shipping is usually 3-5 days (not counting weekends) which is more than fine with me to save as much money as I have. I will never go to the mall to purchase perfume again.

I do hate the fact that FragranceNet is slow to open using my internet data however FragranceNet it self is amazing, the prices are unbeatable, they have everything you can think of, their delivery is very reasonable, and they are authentic, i do recommend you to use this site and actually purchase thro them, i used it 3 times already and I’ll keep using it, i don’t go around to buy cologne anymore everything comes to my house. Good job team fragrance 👍🏻.

Great site, great prices, great selection.....BUT their app is awful, it’s as if a child made it. Half the links on their menu don’t work, “search” and “back” overlap each other so it’s a 50/50 shot you’ll get what you’re trying to click. Very clunky and unorganized. Needs a serious revamp. It honestly makes we want to shop else where do to how difficult it is to navigate your way around. Please simplify FragranceNet for us. I know I’m not the only one that knows changes need to be made.

3/5 stars All because it shows the company shows that there’s no room for improvement seeing how this is not new. I’ve had issues with FragranceNet since I downloaded 2 years ago. I will not be shopping here until we can get a simplified app. Doesn’t seem to be asking for much after seeing FrangranceNets net worth.

I was supposed to get my order due to nov 1st, was out of town, my place is secure enough not to be stolen. I was constantly tracking the order and it said it was delivered, asked my good neighbor to check that out - nothing.. came back next day, waited 2 additional weeks meanwhile calling and emailing anywhere I could to find out what happened - order was worth about $300, nothing. Now I have no idea what should I do and how to get a refund - the crappiest service ever, they were trying to blame the Usps ppl that had no idea that the order was even supposed to be arriving to them... it didn’t happen before so that’s why without a fear I made the order. No what should I do?!

Love this website/app so much, heard it’s better to order from the website. I rated this a 2 in my last rating because I didn’t get my refund and my current order wasn’t shipping for like 4days. Everything is good now though. Really good offers for your fragrances, definitely gonna spend a lot more money on this website (not FragranceNet ), FragranceNet is still fine :)

I don’t understand how they can’t manage to sync shopping carts between app & web site. The emailed coupons don’t work on FragranceNet , only the web site.

Desired additional functionality: A wish or favorites list (honestly I can’t believe they don’t already have this) and a rewards program. Maybe even the ability to select a sample or two based on order amount (I don’t need another sample of the same third-rate fragrances I get with every order).

I have used FragranceNet for about 10 years. I see they have the updated version which I just changed to. Updating apps just as updating Apple software is necessary to make everything run right. Here’s 🙏 you will have success in this new app and enjoy FragranceNet as much as I have but most of all the products they sell.

I ordered perfume and the bottle leaks CONSTANTLY! I emailed customer support, and never got a response. It leaks so much, that I have to keep a towel under the bottle at all times. Their prices are great, but at this rate I’ll only end up with half of what I bought. I gave it two stars because it at least still smells like the perfume I ordered. Might as well have paid full price and then I wouldn’t have to deal with a bottle of perfume leaking and spilling all over everything in my toiletry drawer.

I literally ordered a bottle of Britney Spears Midnight fragrance yesterday afternoon around 2:30PM and by 11:30AM today it was delivered to my door. I didn’t have to pay for overnight shipping or anything, I can’t believe how quick delivery is. Not only is the delivery super fast but they sent me all these great coupons and complimentary goodies with my perfume, I will be ordering with this app again for sure!!

Stumbled across them a few years ago because they sell my cologne, Creed Neroli Sauvage, at an enormous discount. The price is literally half (or even less) for a cologne that sells $400 a bottle. The prices were so low that it even made me question the authenticity. Ordered it despite that and sure enough, it's the real thing at a huge discount. Highly recommended.

I have actually just used it once but was quick getting here. I Love Beautiful, needless to say everyone complimented me. Now I can’t even smell anything , and I would really like to know what the newer ones are 😄😄I am downloading FragranceNet as I write this, because I am planning on ordering some for my husband 💯💯

Omg my first time ordering from ur company and I can say I order a lot of men’s fragrances and other things from other vendors but I’ve never seen or experienced a 10 star packaging and product until now way to go on ur superior frame of delivery I’m sold xoxo ur company rocks 🤘🏽

The experience with FragranceNet isn’t the best. It’s choppy and takes a while for screens to load. There’s also a problem with certain screens freezing. When it’s time to pay for perfumes, I had to close out FragranceNet for me to type my information in. There needs to be more work done to make it run more smoothly and make it prettier, too.

I love FragranceNet, sure it’s a bit slow and choppy. But all the products are authentic and everything that I’ve order has always shipped no problems at all. And for the discounts they offer I really don’t mind the somewhat flawed app.
