I placed an order on Dec 3 and my credit card company called and thought it was a fraud charge. Did my order go through?
I would like to speak to someone about my order that was supposed to be delivered on August 27th never got it. I texted someone at the Laser ship /OnTrac delivery customer service and they said to contact the seller for assistance. So please can I get a return message or call at 216 645-9422. I really want the fragrances that I purchased.
I am haven't the worst time trying to reach this company about my order. I have called them over a half dozen times and waited at least 30 mins each time and no one came to the phone, so I ended the call each time. Then, several times I called back and selected the same prompt for customer service and a recording came on that said "Error 21" and hung up. Is there a way to reach a human about my order? If not, I just want my $ back - I don't have the funds to keep waiting and then possibly not receive what I ordered. Please send me a correct phone # or chat #.

I ran into this website looking for my favorite scents at discounted rates and I was ecstatic to have found one. I went and made my purchases immediately, and I was even more jubilant to have two-day shipping at my dispense. I waited for two days...nothing. Waited an extra day, thinking maybe there's a delay...nothing. Waited the 4th day, and didn't see anything so I contacted customer service via email which was another delay in itself - they reply with the same automated message and never directly provide you with a proper response in regards to your issue. They even had the shame to tell me that it was delivered (through their faulty carrier) when it wasn't and issued me a refund...a week after waiting for the item that never came, so that was another week of wait for the actual refund.
Okay. So they told me to try the order again, which I did (sadly). And I'm laughing at this now, but the same exact thing happened all over. I'm actually waiting for yet another refund for the same order, same shipment. This was just overall terrible customer service, whether it was the company itself or the carrier. There is no such thing as two day shipping or any shipping. I made the attempt twice so take it from someone who made the mistake. I won't order from this business again.

I was supposed to get my order due to nov 1st, was out of town, my place is secure enough not to be stolen. I was constantly tracking the order and it said it was delivered, asked my good neighbor to check that out - nothing.. came back next day, waited 2 additional weeks meanwhile calling and emailing anywhere I could to find out what happened - order was worth about $300, nothing. Now I have no idea what should I do and how to get a refund - the crappiest service ever, they were trying to blame the Usps ppl that had no idea that the order was even supposed to be arriving to them... it didn’t happen before so that’s why without a fear I made the order. No what should I do?!

I love FragranceNet, and I have ordered from them many times. I love their low prices. However, the app is not any easier to use than the mobile website. It is almost no different than if you put a safari shortcut to the mobile site, except for fact that sometimes it is actually a little slower than the mobile site. The only thing I see that is useful is there is a barcode scan feature that you can use to search for items. So unless you’re a frequent buyer, or you need this barcode scan feature, the app is not worth getting; you can just stick to the mobile or desktop site.
