How to fix Finder app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Finder app on iPhone
Update Finder app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Finder iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Finder on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Finder network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Finder not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Finder App
1. On android, goto Settings » Finder » click [Force Stop]

Update Finder to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Finder App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Finder » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Finder.

Fix Finder unable to contact server/ Finder internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Finder » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Finder » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
