By drawing upon its proprietary database of best practices, Leonardo247 will give day-to-day guidance on all matters from risk management, preventative maintenance, training, legal compliance and marketing based on an initial property sign-up page which defines the property’s unique equipment and amenity profile.
The idea is great but has very poor framework and coding. The ap itself is unreliable and unstable, operating in it adds 1-2 hours to each day as just logging into it is a chore all in its own.
The dashboard is not intuitive, cluttered and pathways have no logic.
I would suggest organizations utilize OneDrive or some other platform for its document storage and hiring an excel designer to automate inspections.
Much like the overall product, Leonardo247 isn’t great! In some instances, we have waited over 2 hours for work orders to come through. The company touts how great their PMS integrations are, but they don’t work. Leonardo247 constantly crashes and is not reliable. We’ve spent many hours doing turn inspections for Leonardo247 to not save our data. You have no ability to view reporting info from Leonardo247 , so you’ll be forced to use a kiosk.
I’d highly recommend looking into other solutions and avoid making the same mistake we did!
I’ve been using Leonardo247 at my job for nearly 4 years now. For some reason, the past month or so it won’t let me do my tasks on Leonardo247 . It automatically takes me to a webpage and even after signing in, it won’t let me use Leonardo247 . It’s really annoying and support tried to help, but then wanted to share screens and all just because what they told me to do didn’t work. As if I’m not doing it right… lol. Anyway yeah fix Leonardo247 or just get rid of it!
I am constantly in shock at how horrifically Leonardo247 performs. I have had to delete and redownload Leonardo247 5+ times because it will just STOP WORKING and is not fixed by a reset. It takes me hours to do tasks that should take 20 minutes. I genuinely don't understand how Leo continues getting corporate contracts when it is so awful to work with. If you are considering this platform for your PM software, do yourself a favor a choose LITERALLY ANYTHING ELSE.
Over all Leonardo247 works good, it crashes here and there but it has been ok.

Knowing that I have a team of people led by Melanie and Jillian Curlee who are ready and willing to guide me through those moments makes all the difference in the world! The reporting is top notch and the service is impeccable.

When logging in the speed time for syncing the property used to take between 1-3 minutes depending how many properties were linked to my account. Now it’s flash lighting!! Love the recent release!!

Leonardo247 allows you to have an inventory of your assets and easily know when they need routine maintenance. It’s way better than a spreadsheet many use. Everyone can easily see what needs maintenance and when. This prevents things from slipping through the cracks and saves a lot of money.
