The automatic lookup for addresses and places doesn't work on either the web version or in the app. Maybe I accidentally turned it off?

To resolve Traveler Buddy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Traveler Buddy App
1. On android, goto Settings » Traveler Buddy » click [Force Stop]

Clear Traveler Buddy App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Traveler Buddy » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Traveler Buddy.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Traveler Buddy » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Traveler Buddy » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Traveler Buddy
