My subscription was renewed and I had 8 bugs to fix. Can’t read anything after I click on FIX as the writing is blurred out. So here I sit after $60. plus tax was withdrawn from my account through Apple. I have notified them 4 times and they got back to me with the same reply that they are looking ... Show more into it or something to that affect. Four days have gone by and still have 8 at risks. This is no different than if I had thrown $60. in the garbage. DO NOT purchase LogDog and I rate it as a big fat 0.

After downloading LogDog, and reading the reviews I felt somewhat confident that it would do what it says. However, I entered two of my email addresses so it could scan both accounts, without having to entered the passwords it scan them both, soon after it said both accounts were compromised...... Questionable, being that my husband downloaded the same and he entered his password so it could be scan and monitored, it took an entire day for them to tell him it was compromised with the same date as mine was and company name too.

I very rarely get spam emails on my iCloud email, guess what...now I’m getting them daily is ridiculous...reported it to Apple and deleted LogDog and so did my husband. I will not recommend LogDog.

I’m no longer interested in your product. Please delete my info and account.
1)You have an FAQ section with 18 questions. I’m not convinced there are the most asked questions.
2) There also is no way to contact you from that Link. Or another, although 5 min in LogDog i knew it wasn’t looking... Show more great.
3) When in LogDog : faq>hyperlink browser >the menu (Hamburger, drawer, 3 lines, top right corner, etc.) indicates there are options to the page or additional sub categories. I’ve done everything except a back hand spring-roundoff-double back flip to select and explore the possibilities, yet nothing happens. Maybe It is because the enormous banner to download the already downloaded app is taking up so much room?🤷🏻‍♂️
4) the info necessary to protect your account info/identity happened to be exactly the info needed to Highjack my soul.

Heres a thought. Why not have links that actually prove the results you boast. Im not certain how, but then again its not my job to do yours.

Show more d it. I purchased LogDog in July 2019. What makes matters worse is that Apple also took a sort of hands off approach about getting my money back. I wrote the this app company immediately in July after purchasing and their customer service reps NEVER RESPONDED OR TRIED TO FIX THE PROBLEM!!! Had to delete LogDog . I never got my money back. And I will never buy it ever again.

I have tried contacting them by email 2 times. Both times I received a ‘got your message and will be with you soon’ but it has now been weeks and no reply. I have truly been a fan of this app but recently I noticed a problem and tried to get their help.... no reply. I just looked to see about ... I got a reply from this app through this review, bu when I hit the 'contact the.....' it goes to a list of questions and answers. I still have no way to communicate my concerns directly to them. Please help.

First of all do NOT subscribe if your going to run multiple copies on the family plan. They want you to pay for each device you run it on. Secondly, if you attempt to run it on an iPad in landscape mode, be prepared to turn your iPad around a lot. It switches between portrait and landscape in some... Show more random manner. Lastly, I’m not really convinced that it’s doing anything other than displaying some canned messages. And I truly hope that LogDog does as it says and doesn’t save passwords. I’ve just gone in and changed the two I gave it.

It’s horrible! I have written 4 1/2 times to them in ten 10 months and never received any answer at all. Not one word. 4 and one half is because the 5th time I tried to leave a comment through LogDog it would not send my comment. I give up! I need a security application I can count on. As it feel... I was pretty satisfied with this app until the beginning of August when all of a sudden I get error messages stating I need to have internet access - which I do - and LogDog won’t come up so I can do a scan. I downloaded the free 7 day trail and it is saying I have 7 things at risk. Well I tried to protect them and it says error for google and error no host name for this account for Facebook. So how am I supposed to fix the problem if this app isn’t helping me even get into even my yahoo is saying not... Show more correct email? The only problem I had was that it wouldn’t let me add my twitter account because it said browser not supported, and my instagram which would never make it to the login page, it would just stay loading forever.

I’ve been with this app over a year now and all I can say is how well their protection for my phone has saved me many headaches. If something doesn’t seem right in my nature of using my phone....I get alerted immediately to investigate the change/intrusion or log in from a different location/devic... Show more e or machine.
They know my habits...when anything no matter how Big or Small happens to any of my accounts or device ... they quickly send a alert to find out if I am the individual responsible for .. or.. someone else trying to gain entry into my device or accounts. Sometimes I get alittle upset at them because I can’t talk to a physical person...
I will be extremely happy when they get a 1-800 number....Otherwise I rate this service with ( 4 stars ) in stead of 5 because whether I can see it or not....their is allways room to do better. Thank You - this app

I read an article about security apps, and what it said about this one inspired me to immediately go to my App Store and buy it. Not only does LogDog cover security breaches, it also scans for viruses and searches to make sure that none of my data has been stolen. Of course, this third function ... Show more only pertains to data on my phone - it cannot investigate anything that might happen on a different server.

One function I really appreciate is that I get notifications if something has been detected that I need to look into. For example, if someone else logs into one of my apps, or even if I log into one on a different device, I get a notification. That way I can either beef up security in that app or let LogDog record this device as one that I use.

I’m very pleased with LogDog.

It is much easier to manage accounts accessing your email now. Before it was tedious to scroll and find specific email and go they the unsubscribe process (often by actual phone call!) Now I can simply block access thru LogDog in one step! Keep those types of things coming! Thank you!

I had this app a few years ago and had to many bugs to get it to work properly. I’ve decided to try it again and have found it to be greatly improved since my last version. The this app techs have been busy and have a quality product!

LogDog is great,someone had sent a virus out on PM and I didn’t open it but was worried an my phone was acting strange so I purchased LogDog an found risk,now there all gone an I’m protected,my only Quirk with this is it keeps telling me to Activate google an FB and I already had so I did again a... I really wasn’t sure if LogDog was worth the down load but after trying it out for a couple of weeks I’m finding it very useful. I wasn’t aware of a few log-ins via remote servers to my FB account. Wasn't sure if it was actually doing anything until I got an alert that my data had been breached and my email address was listed on a spam list. It showed me where and when the breach occurred AND what you do about it. I'M VERY IMPRESSED! I never leave reviews (just stars) but I felt compelled to ... Show more share my opinion on this one. I really believed I had tried em all and seen it all as far as what info of mine has been exposed but I was totally wrong! Most surprising was that I was alerted about data breaches I knew had occurred but had no idea what was stolen yet LogDog provided me with the specific details so that I was able to fill out more on my reports to the FTC..using the link provided with the breach info. I def am impressed and the best part is the super fast VPN!

This is a great app but I seriously can’t afford to pay to keep my phone protected. I’ve alteady have had my google home mini hacked and thru that I’ve had my adt security system hacked then my own family members have broke into to my home(not including the door knobs and deadbolt they’ve broken). ... However if I get proof that they are the ones hacking my equipment and it shows their names or Ip addresses or phone numbers. I really needed LogDog and trusted it would take care of my issue. I purchase it via the Apple App Store and it will not open. It continues to give me an error message, “go to settings > this app > turn on notifications.” First of all, it was already on and I went in and turned it off an... Show more d back on several times. I reset my phone, turned my VPN off, turned all other security apps off and LogDog still will not open. I was tested it on this phone before I put it on the new phone. I wanted to make sure I didn’t load any compromised email accounts, apps, etc... This is the most disappointing app purchase to date.

I unfortunately have an MSN email account. The good news is no one has ever been able to login to it. The bad news is because it’s MSN, It seems according to this app, the people from all over the world are trying to login every hour to hour and a half. They sent me an alert every time this happen... Show more s. The problem is it asks me to change my password every single time and you cannot clear the notification until you do. LogDog does not recognize whether it is a successful or failed login attempt. Other than constant notifications that you can’t clear. I really like the protection it goes for all my other apps on my phone.

Ok so I just recently got LogDog and it was correct. Google had notified me that I was having a virus. I was testing LogDog to see if it’s correct . I understand that hackers try to log into others accounts 24/7 but can’t u wait until a hacker gets into your account? Just asking!
