- App does not provide anything useful compared to navigating to the website through a mobile browser

How to fix HLTV app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the HLTV app on iPhone
Update HLTV app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall HLTV iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix HLTV on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve HLTV network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

HLTV Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix HLTV not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the HLTV App
1. On android, goto Settings » HLTV » click [Force Stop]

Update HLTV to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HLTV App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » HLTV » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart HLTV.

Fix HLTV unable to contact server/ HLTV internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click HLTV » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto HLTV » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch HLTV
