HLTV is missing several key features including the ability to view team map statistics, win rates, etc. Give HLTV the functionalities of the website or it's useless, I pretty much always just navigate to the website through a mobile browser now because HLTV doesn't provide anything useful

There is no functionality in the new update, just use the browser page

This is the worst update to an app I have ever seen personally, its just the worst. Half of the apps functionality was gutted and instead features a generic modern look with close to zero features. All you do is scroll down 0/5 stars if i could

The new 2.0 update is bad. While it makes the ui look more modern and mobile friendly you can’t do really anything other than read news and look at match’s. No longer can you look at rankings of teams, stats of players and their teams.

Can’t even click on the team names and go to their stats from the match page anymore. So much was butchered in this recent “modern” update. Just roll back and make HLTV 100% functional

The new update makes it hard for me to see the ranking of teams and it is not easy to navigate at all

The gamecast from the new update doesn’t allow you to see map by map details. Please fix.

Pros: App that keeps you up to date with matches and things happening with teams. (However HLTV has always been like that)
Cons: Although HLTV now looks more modern it’s missing some key features other reviewers have mentioned. I also can’t seem to log in anymore and I am getting non stop notifications even though I’ve specified in HLTV to not notify me of anything

HLTV use to have all the features of the this app website and more. It was the perfect dedicated CSGO app to keep up with all the latest news and scores. When they updated to the new look, it became significantly more user friendly and smooth, but at the cost of countless features. You no longer can get details about the matches, click into the teams details pages, or even see any pregame stats or odds. They seem to have removed the features that made HLTV leaps and bounds ahead of the competitors. It’s sad to see the state of HLTV currently.

All in all, the “upgrade” to HLTV was In My opinion, a downgrade. Until they fix the features of HLTV , I will be using another platform. whether that’s another app or their website version I don’t know.

Looks good but some getting used to. Doesn’t show map scores or map picks. And is hard to search

The old layout was essentially just the website but in app form but now I can’t even view a team’s page or player profile without going to the website.

Please just guve us a rankings tab and a search bar

App used to be pretty good, I had all the info I needed, but with they newest update they removed a lot of stuff. You can’t see scores for individual maps or who picked what map. I also don’t get notifications that I am supposed to be getting. Idk why they updated it when nothing needed to be fixed

We need that search bar back, asap. I can’t look up individual teams and players anymore.

But that’s about it. No commenting, chatting, viewing match history and player stats is super clunky. Looking up teams isn’t even possible for some reason.

And they say they added a News widget but I don’t see any News widgets available on my phone.

At least it runs somewhat smooth. So, 3/5 I guess. It keeps me updated.

Love this app but HLTV is not there just yet. A search feature would be great as well as the ability to access player and team pages since currently that brings you to a browser window inside HLTV .

The previous iteration of this was not really mobile friendly, and gave no reason to use it instead of simply opening safari. I like the streamlined interface of this redesign.

That being said I would love to see more of HLTVs features integrated as HLTV gets updated.

Tapping on the Matches tab should you return you back to today’s day of looking at a different day. Nice!

HLTV is coming together pretty good. Still lacking access to a lot of statistics. All of the updates have gone smoothly 👍🏼

i remember when HLTV was literally a web browser to go to the this app website. they really have improved from there. I really do like the design and the info of HLTV, however the latest update removed the feature to see scores for maps, which as a counter strike fan is kinda important. while HLTV is a huge improvement on what it was I think the latest update took away one of the most important features and i wish they will bring it back.

New update completely ruined HLTV time to uninstall

On a well designed app for all Counter Strike pro needs. I get to see the next upcoming matches almost instantly on a simple, but still great, design. I'd recommend getting this also with the eSports app, since this will give a lot more detailed statistics on the game, so you can see the eSports score, then pop on HLTV to see what you need :)

If you gamble, HLTV is very helpful. I would want an update where I can choose a match and it would give me a notification on my phone 5 minutes before the match starts, anyways. HLTV works great, have not run into any problems. It's very user friendly, I recommend it
