Most of my apps don't work while connected to starry internet at home but work while wifi is off. And also my spectrum app on my roku device.

To resolve Starry Internet network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Starry Internet App
1. On android, goto Settings » Starry Internet » click [Force Stop]

Clear Starry Internet App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Starry Internet » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Starry Internet.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Starry Internet » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Starry Internet » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Starry Internet
