Close to useless

This app has fewer features than when I started. The latest version has a simpler layout, but you can no longer see what devices are on your network. I think someone may have stolen my password, but there is no way to tell before I reset everything. To be clear, this feature was available a few months ago.
Also, they gave me a different router from the one pictured and told me it was “new” maybe this is why almost none of the features pictured are in the app.
The app barely does anything to begin with, how do you lose features???
Update. The developer suggested that I could have the advertised features by logging into my router via web browser. As this suggestion does not involve the app or any features advertised within the app, I am lowering my review. It’s been an additional four months and no improvements.
Who decided to make this app worthless?

Removed any information about your router, just a stock photo staring at you in the app the whole time. No speed test anymore. Can’t configure anything in the router. Does not even hint at the fact that your online and connected, who decided to remove all the actual functions of the app? It’s practically worthless at this other than for billing.
Useless. A big disappointment

This app in combination with the website, the only use that has is payments. I can not even change the name and password for my router, the communication is all over the place through the app and email... bad coordination. All I have experienced with this service is a headache. As the old saying says “the cheap always becomes more expensive “
