I have already updated my phone to the latest ios version. Can see the riot mobile app should be available on ios app store when i search it on google. But when i click on the download link, it brought me to a blank page, and i cannot find riot mobile app in the app store by searching it.

This is a really weird one. The chat is not working when connected on wifi but somehow works if i connect via hotspot from mobile data on my phone

How to fix Riot app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Riot app on iPhone
Update Riot app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Riot iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Riot on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Riot network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Riot Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Riot not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Riot App
1. On android, goto Settings » Riot » click [Force Stop]

Update Riot to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Riot App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Riot » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Riot.

Fix Riot unable to contact server/ Riot internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Riot » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Riot » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Riot
