Awful
This app has so many software bugs it’s surprising it even opens. The most recent example - place and order for food delivery, receive confirmation, then suddenly message appears “order failed”....but, the restaurant received and prepared the order, just no one from LineMan picked it up. You can’t make this stuff up! And customer service - well, they don’t “show up” either or respond. Don’t waste your time with this awful app.

Poor Performing App
I don’t understand how such a large company can have such a poor performing app. For the messenger service, the address search function doesn’t work well at all. Why isn’t it integrated with Google Maps or another big mapping service?

Every time i make an order with card it changes it to cash. No other delivery app does this. Why wont you respect your customers choice to pay by card?
