When I open my Pattern App it won’t load and says Error 500? I’ve turned my iPhone off and rebooted but still same error. There are no updates available so it’s not that. I love this App can you help please 🙏🏻

I paid for the three months connections options to be able to message someone. It never worked and always said error. So I unsubscribed and now it’s not letting me do anything and frustrating
