Chromecast not working

Chromecast suddenly stopped working. Customer service said they know about it and they are working on it. Let‘s see - i‘m a paying user and can‘t use this app since 1 week for my TV. No compensation offered, no timeline. Thats really weak. I‘ll cancel my subscription. What a waste of money :-(

Signed up to take it for a test drive. It won’t recognize my credentials. No reason given for the problem. With this kind of problem I’d never buy it even though I’d love to watch some of the German programs I love when I travel in Germany.
