I recently downloaded the program onto my Windows computer. The software is consistently crashing. I attempted to reinstall the app and update my computer to solve the problem. Neither action helped.

Fix Live Home 3D on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Live Home 3D network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Live Home 3D not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Live Home 3D App
1. On android, goto Settings » Live Home 3D » click [Force Stop]

Update Live Home 3D to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Live Home 3D App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Live Home 3D » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Live Home 3D.

Fix Live Home 3D unable to contact server/ Live Home 3D internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Live Home 3D » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Live Home 3D » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Live Home 3D
