- Key words have brought me to Ted Talks with Elon Musk when I search for build and burn- a series by a fantastic trainer John Peel

- None of the workouts are in order or categorized in series names or numerically

- Difficult to do a workout watching your phone

- Constantly having issues with the app

- Peloton is 1000x better

The best advice I can offer after experiencing many problems after only a few days of use with a new rower and researching iFIT is to not purchase their products. the problems have been ongoing for a couple of years and iFIT don't appear to have any intention in fixing them. Their support never responds so keep away from this product
