App is lousy, poorly layer out, and it seems to me they wanted to make it as hard as possible to customize your order. If I was this app whoever wrote Goodcents should be fired, I have never seen a worse app for a major chain, it looks like a mom and pop Facebook page/menu.
The bologna sandwich choice does not have a size associated with it when you select that option.
There is a major flaw with the delivery option when using Goodcents . There is no way to know if the this app you are ordering from will actually deliver to you. I placed my order for delivery and a hour went by and my order had not show up. I called the this app I ordered from and they told me they didn’t deliver to my area. I had to specifically ask to have my order to be cancelled and refunded. What a waste of time.
APP hard to use and takes way too much time and effort. Old phone system was way easier for customers. Four of us in line today at your store in Shawnee, all of us agreed, no one likes this. Email verification is crazy to have to use for this. My wife told me to stop shopping at Good Cents. Your making a lot of folks upset with your company using Goodcents.
I got a message that they were changing the penny club points system and that I needed to change my password. I hit the reset link but nothing has arrived in my email and now I can’t log in (yes I checked my junk folder). Now I can’t access my rewards points. It’s a shame because the people at my local shop are lovely and I would like to keep ordering.
I have placed 3 orders online with the Leavenworth/Lansing this app store and not one of them has been correct. My kids and husband really like this place but we are tired several time s and one if not more of our sandwiches are wrong. We are done, moving on to a different restaurant that has shown they can actually fill our orders as we have specified. Definitely don’t recommend them.
The birthday function would not let me enter my birthday, made me select today’s date. Could not find my store, kept telling me there was nothing nearby. Wouldn’t link to my phone number which I’ve used for years as a rewards ID. I deleted Goodcents , just like I deleted the previous version.
I could eat this app every day. However, ordering on Goodcents enrages me. A good gauge of a food app is whether you can go from start to finish without issue. Goodcents is not that.
I was logged in, selected multiple items, and when I was ready to pay, it said I needed to log in. Why since I was logged in already? You need to go back a few steps, log out, and log back in. And yes, you lose the food you already entered, so you get to enter it again!
Enter a card for payment? You get a message it won’t save until it has been used. What? That’s why I’m entering it! Schedule the order and it says “thank you!” Followed by another message that says “this order has already been entered!”
Annoying and borderline makes me want to never use Goodcents again. Spend more of your budget on testing BEFORE release.
Really wish you could leverage the daily in-store promotions/deals for app orders. Issues with trying to re-order previous orders saying they don’t have it. Should be able to choose recent or favorite location without searching for it for each new order. Do not like how it automatically adds a tip and you have to remember to remove it (if you want).
Every time I want to order something for curbside or walk in pick up, I have to enter the menu items completely into Goodcents . Goodcents has never once excepted my normal orders as a History that I can refer to and just simply order quickly each time. Also it never allows my credit card to be input for future usage. Sad because Mr. this app offers is a good product and it’s really a lot of trouble to enter it every time.
Have the same problem as other users. When creating an account, I add all the information, then get a request to confirm my email, when I say continue I get an error message telling me there is something wrong with my internet and authentication needed. I have internet, even tried via using my cellular connection instead of wifi and received the same message. All my other apps work, and my iTunes account was also reviewed. Very frustrating since I visit Mr this app often and the no longer accept reward cards, you must use Goodcents .
Well, Goodcents finally let me signed up, but now I cannot sign in.
They changed who runs Goodcents so I’m required to reset password. I click the forgot password link to reset and the email never arrives (not in spam or junk either). Won’t let me create new account bc email is already registered.
This is hands down the best sandwich place in town!! Highly recommend always have my order right and delivery is always at least 15 mins faster then it says. Thank you team good this app 27th I highly appreciate you guys!!!
This location makes the sandwiches to the highest standard of all of the this app that I visit. It’s nearly an hour from my home but I make sure to stop at this one when I’m in the area. Very organized here.
The manager was so helpful and nice and the workers were fast. I didn’t have to wait long at all. I definitely would recommend this particular store off Greenway road in Surprise Az
Compared to other restaurant apps this one is much easier to navigate. this app has made it an easy and simple process to get delivery. I also love it because I can keep track of my reward points/money by just opening Goodcents . Simple. It’s definitely worth it to download.
We ordered a sandwich tray and it was fresh and done on time. They are very friendly and nice to work with. Will definitely use again. Thanks so much.
It’s not confusing to use at all. I can check my loyalty balance and order online. So many new apps are trying to add a bunch of stuff. I don’t care. I just don’t. this app got it right by having an app that works and does only what I need. 5 Stars.
I have used this for the reward function for a while. With the pandemic I am using it for pick up orders. No issues worked wonderfully.
Love the points I earn using Goodcents! Appreciate how quickly it is to get an order started or just reorder what you’ve ordered previously.
Would be nice to have “extra” option on condiments.
