So I was recommended this summer only cake by one of my coworkers who raved about how good it is. So I got it for my sisters birthday. When we got it the frosting appeared over whipped. The flavor of the cake was subpar at best, nothing special, and the berries in the filling were sour. I have to say I was very disappointing as I paid nearly 80$ for this cake including the tip :/ don’t think I’ll be coming back sadly
AMAZING cakes, just OK app

I’m a total sucker for a loyalty program. I wish the rewards offered were different, though. I’ve got multiple rewards sitting in my account unused because a discount off of a dozen cupcakes just doesn’t fit my pocketbook or my needs. I’d much prefer the chance to earn a free cupcake or slice of cake. When they do offer members freebies, I’m sure to go into the store, and I inevitably buy additional things. Also, I thik the functionality of the app is a bit odd- it’s up to the customer to tap multiple times for a reward to be marked as “Redeemed”. It seems like it would be better for there to be a barcode for the employee to scan or something. I think it’s really easy for a free item to be given without the reward actually getting marked as used in the app.
App not good, bakery excellent

I think most people are rating the bakery and not the actual app. The app is a glorified webpage, most functions of the app bring you to the pages of the website or Toast rather than an in-app experience. This app is only to tap into rewards, not anything with ordering or viewing the menu, that requires the website and/or Toast app. Very clunky and poor design, but a small business so not too surprising.
