4 Most reported problems 😔💔
This is about the 6th email I have sent. You have started a secondary sign in by sending an email to the email address you have. I have not used that email address in over 1 year but I did not change it on the site. Now I cannot get into the site I paid for. how2educate, my domain name is arizonarealestateexam my login is sedonakathy I am the administrator and instructor. this is day 2 and I am not happy that your system will not let me in. 928-274-4088 I have called and left a message. I have sent emails. Please fix this. If you remove the secondary sign in (sending the email to kathy@redacted which I have not used in a year+) I will change the email address on your site.
The app won’t stay lit

If you’re watching a video or trying to read the app won’t stay lit on your phone but for a few seconds, and then you have to go back in to wake it up every few seconds very very irritating pretty hard to use because it’s so irritating

The app itself is extremely user friendly. I love it if I had to give any negative feedback. The only issues I have.
1 Notes portion.
They are not the full notes to the lectures. Missing slides from the lecture or are different slides completely.
2 Videos
They don’t cover all the questions on the tests. Also have a lot of filler content. I assume is because mandatory time requirements for the class.
3. Tests questions
There are numerous questions that could have more than one correct answers. Also that could have no correct answers. These questions lack more details to clarify situations for context.
Overall great app!! Needs feature to speed up videos

I do continuing education materials for work via this app. It’s convenient because I can use it on the go or whenever I have a free minute. I love that! It would be very helpful if there was a feature to speed up the video replay because often it’s information I already know and I don’t need to listen to it slowly to understand. Other than that, the app is great! Thanks!
