Not Working

I have a woolworths account and an this app rewards account. I can’t log into the this app rewards app with the same credentials.

Can’t login

Keeps telling me I have the wrong info but it is the correct info. Then when I click forgot password and fill in the information correctly it tells me I have an invalid phone number! Oh and they gave me a QR code to scan to download Everyday to get 500 bonus points. Scanned the code and it said Everyday was invalid for my region. Useless!
