The interface is so complicated and so hard to use. I cant see my balance anywhere on BankalEtihadبنكالإتحاد , it only shows me the average of incoming and outgoing payments. I also cant see my accounts and each of their balances. It seems like the bank focused on making it “aesthetically pleasing” without focusing on the practically of it.

Since yesterday 2.8.22 BankalEtihadبنكالإتحاد suddenly won’t open at all! Every time I tried to open it won’t get me pass the white screen, it will shut down immediately as soon as I click the icon,, I have uninstalled it and then in installed it again but problem remain the same... I have an iPhone and it is operating system version is 12.5.5 and I have downloaded the latest update of BankalEtihadبنكالإتحاد ..

I requested to open a new bank account online, opened a bank account from the comfort of my home, took a tour on BankalEtihadبنكالإتحاد and it is simply the best banking account in Jordan! Way to go!

I would love to add payment method by the phone camera as I carry wallet in my pocket only for the bank card

This application is the best application ever for a bank, but i would say that the old view is better than the new one.

Bank Al Etihad have exceeded all expectations, it has been an absolute joy to bank with them. From in branch service to BankalEtihadبنكالإتحاد i can not commend them enough. BankalEtihadبنكالإتحاد is simply loaded with every tool you could possibly ever need.

I thought I was using the best banking app which was for the Arabi-Mobile app which is for the Arab Bank. But luckily I changed my account to Bank Al Etihad and this application literally redefined the Banking Application. No need to issue an internet card, you can activate or deactivate you card within the application. Not only you can predefine the billers but BankalEtihadبنكالإتحاد will notifies you for any outstanding bill with much much easier way to pay. Analysis for all your bills, you can set a credit limit for your card and much more. Thank you Al Etihad Bank.

I came today to open a saving account for its eithad bank. Miss Anoud Halaseh was the one who helped me out, as I noticed, she ha one of a few bankers I dealt with in the past several years that does her job well and complete with good smile and confidence . She takes her job duties seriously and applies motivation and positive tips to it. She is great on building trust and respect between her and her client. Her work station is clean and decent looking. I left with satisfied and impressed of this good face of Etihad Bank. Best of luck to her and her team.

I have found this bank to be professional and easy to work with. Their app is easy to use and saves me a lot of time.

I live in the US, and I must say Bank El-Etihad mobile app is the most advanced app for a bank i have dealt with, US banks has good apps but non of them has live chat with agent 24/7. It is very convenient for me as u live abroad.

There are a few weird features like “money in” and “money out” on the homescreen, but aside from that BankalEtihadبنكالإتحاد is very comprehensive, easy to use, easy to set up, fast and aesthetically pleasing.

I love BankalEtihadبنكالإتحاد, you can transfer money to other people within the bank very easily and pay all your bills with one click (I used to spend hours at city mall doing that)

Now there is a western union function but I haven’t tried it yet.

I have been using BankalEtihadبنكالإتحاد for nearly a year now and my experience has been nothing but positive! It has a really good easy to navigate interface, lots of amazing features such as the savings account which makes saving money really easy.

I would say this is the most perfect bank app I have ever used. Please don’t you ever change anything in its outstanding interface
