Customer service only available through online chat. Not a problem for me. The issue is that they are very very slow. It will take more than 10 mins between every chat you send till you receive an answer. Also most of their replies are copy and paste, NOT directly relevant to the customer concerns! I’m disappointed. I was a customer when they first started this app and I was satisfied but today they are the worst so I had to switch to another carrier.

The design and UI are good. Jawwy runs smoothly which is nice. However, since the last update, I haven't been able to sign in. It says there is an error. I also have an issue with the fact that I have to reenter my email and password everytime I want to sign in to my account. You have to add an option that allows me to keep my account signed in until I sign out myself.
Jawwy also needs a widget that shows the remaining data and minutes.
The worst application ever every time its get hang when you try to check your data again you have to uninstall and install the application to check your current data
The application not of the time is not working , and if it work you got error cannot connect fo server !!
The magical solution provided by their support is to turn off your phone and try the sim card and the application in another phone !!!! If this didn’t work then they will tell you its a common issue and will be fixed within days ..
Jawwy keeps logging me out every time I close it and it’s really irritating.

Jawwy took my money on my stc bank card operator said he will update he ask my iqama, my card number but I not give the pin, he ask also how much my money 100, 200 or 500? I said 100 only but it's not true.. I believe it's scam becouse he used to send pin numbers code using stc pay and he ask the codes then in the end I seen my money jawwy direct payment took my 550sar money for nothing.. :'(
