I booked an appointment for a date by mistake and there is no way to cancel or alter on Uala ! Feels like a way to trap you into a booking. Fix that ASAP. I need the flexibility and that’s why I download an app. What’s the point if I have to call the salon either way?

I really like how convenient Uala is. The salon I go to us always getting calls so the line is usually busy. I can make, cancel and reschedule appointments here. I gave it four stars instead of five because I would like to be able to adjust the time of my appointment without having to cancel it.

I love Uala and it’s ease. You can book any aesthetic or relaxation service you need, when you need to, within seconds. It’s perfect for finding your favorite salon or go-to aesthetician. I recommend it to all of my friends and new co-workers.

Works perfectly, shows available times, can always count on it.
