I booked an appointment for a date by mistake and there is no way to cancel or alter on the app! Feels like a way to trap you into a booking. Fix that ASAP. I need the flexibility and that’s why I download an app. What’s the point if I have to call the salon either way?

I really like how convenient this app is. The salon I go to us always getting calls so the line is usually busy. I can make, cancel and reschedule appointments here. I gave it four stars instead of five because I would like to be able to adjust the time of my appointment without having to cancel it.
