I enroll my face -> it succeeds -> attempt to log in with face in exact same position as when I enrolled it -> your face is not enrolled

I purchased this program/app. Followed the directions and it would not Enroll Me via the initial facial recognition.
Completely useless. It doesn't work at all and it won't even recognize my face. I have the proper software updates and the proper equipment, iPhone iOS 10. Take it back to the drawing board because you have a whole Lotta bugs to work out. Waste of my time! That's 30 minutes of my life I'm never gonna get back.

How do I use BioIDFacialRecognition? I have done the face enrollment and am all set but nothing is working,how do I activate it??

No matter what i did it had trouble detecting my face and said it failed to authenticate. Don't waste your time
I could not set up face bio it thinks I’m ugly and it will always fail and Idk what to do with it and it’s a waste of space on my iPhone
Waste of time and data, regardless of lighting, angle, movement, or anything it will NOT recognize a face. It either fails the liveliness test, or a face just isn't a face.
Was not compatible with any apps. Can’t use as a primary option in unlocking phone or any other app for that matter. Wallflower app.
Verification process a bit cumbersome, but ultimately, appears effective. Needed to keep eyelids wide open to prove "liveness" despite fact I was moving head and speaking during verification.
I was able to successfully enroll and become recognized, by following the directions,but other than that, it's absolutely useless.
