Crappy App

All you get is a small picture to look at with no product description or larger pictures. When click on an item I just get two large box that are all white and one box has the price and that is it. On the website I started a couple of projects and from the project it appears to be impossible to get the detailed product info. You have to search for the product get the detail. Bad enough experience I will just go somewhere else to purchase my stuff.
Bad customer service

The worst customer service they have no clue what they have in stock and what is back ordered the app is saying one thing and customer service saying a different thing and even after confirming they have it in stock it turns out the don’t but no one really lets you know or update you in any way. I’ve called many times emailed many times no one gets back to me with any update or response.i have changed my order 3 times cause of there incompetency.
Screwed up app

I am in the middle of a bathroom remodel and downloaded this app to look at fixtures. When I would choose a product to view, the photo on that page begins to automatically zoom out all the way and information does not show. Not sure if this temporary, but at this time it is not useable. Disappointed. I’ll go just to the website, as this app is totally useless. I only gave a one-star because there’s no option for zero stars.
