I am a paid subscription for one year and request a refund and both of my accounts deleted Permanently. PinaLove removed my description twice without warning or explanation

I signed up for the free 7 day upgrade with no cost. It’s my under standing that during the 7 day period I am supposed to have access as if I paid for it. There is no access to unlimited text and members who are paid subscribers. Also, I have to wait 10 minutes before sending another one.

Well as a paid member I’d had my fill. And when I attempted to delete my account that is where the fun begins. You can not. When attempting do anything other than logout you are simply logged back in. There are no customer service personal. You will be locked into an endless loop of being an account holder forever.
