How to fix SecureSign app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SecureSign app on iPhone
Update SecureSign app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SecureSign iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SecureSign on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SecureSign network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SecureSign Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SecureSign not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SecureSign App
1. On android, goto Settings » SecureSign » click [Force Stop]

Update SecureSign to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SecureSign App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SecureSign » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SecureSign.

Fix SecureSign unable to contact server/ SecureSign internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SecureSign » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SecureSign » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
