I have an original mantis x. turned it on to train. It would not connect. Power light is on but also the green yellow red lights are on and it will not shut off. Any suggestions. I tied holding the power button 5 seconds while plugged in and nothing happened. Thanks

I have charged my unit. I attach it to the rail and I cannot make it connect to my phone. When I open the app, the app wants to connect each time. I have updated my IOS on my Iphone 11. Can you help me please. Thanks

How to fix MantisX app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MantisX app on iPhone
Update MantisX app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MantisX iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MantisX on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MantisX network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MantisX Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MantisX not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MantisX App
1. On android, goto Settings » MantisX » click [Force Stop]

Update MantisX to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MantisX App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MantisX » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MantisX.

Fix MantisX unable to contact server/ MantisX internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MantisX » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MantisX » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MantisX
