How to fix FUNCUBES app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the FUNCUBES app on iPhone
Update FUNCUBES app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FUNCUBES iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FUNCUBES on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FUNCUBES network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

FUNCUBES Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix FUNCUBES not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the FUNCUBES App
1. On android, goto Settings » FUNCUBES » click [Force Stop]

Update FUNCUBES to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FUNCUBES App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » FUNCUBES » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart FUNCUBES.

Fix FUNCUBES unable to contact server/ FUNCUBES internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click FUNCUBES » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto FUNCUBES » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
