Can’t get my photos to come up on my phone

When I connect it to my Iphone it allows me to look at photos once and then if I get out of it or if my phone goes into screensaver mode it kicks me out of it and when I try to reconnect it won't allow me to view what is on SD card. It will let me look at pictures/videos that are already saved to Iphone though. The SD card is not lit up and won't let me view pics on SD card.

I have an app for the Ibary on my iphone and I put my sd card in the card reader and the app will not read it. When I open the app and press on it , it goes back to my phones main screen.

How to fix iBrary Link app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the iBrary Link app on iPhone
Update iBrary Link app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall iBrary Link iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix iBrary Link on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve iBrary Link network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

iBrary Link Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix iBrary Link not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the iBrary Link App
1. On android, goto Settings » iBrary Link » click [Force Stop]

Update iBrary Link to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear iBrary Link App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » iBrary Link » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart iBrary Link.

Fix iBrary Link unable to contact server/ iBrary Link internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click iBrary Link » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto iBrary Link » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch iBrary Link
