I downloaded this app so that I could save money parking in a garage that advertised an express pay price of $10 for the day instead of the usual $20. It did not work any of the 3 days I had to park in that garage so I ended up spending $60 instead of $30. I work construction and carry a lot of tools and often change locations daily so I try to park close to my workplace so I thought this app could save me money. I have emailed support 2 times and have heard nothing back. At this point I do not recommend wasting space on your phone to have the app.

I will light your spot up until you refund my money. Reminder… My card is attached to this app… I entered and when I left it failed. The garage attendant eventually let me out and I haven’t been able to use it since. I have contacted the company multiple times. It is clear they farm out their customer service, because I have gotten multiple auto responses that have not resolved my MAJOR issue, which is I got charged $95 because no one resolved my issue. I can do this all day. Fix it.

I was very excited to try this app. It worked great but there is a lack of explanation on how payment works. Don’t prepay for your parking because you will still pay for any unused time and they will not refund you any money. There were no clear disclaimers stating this so unfortunately I overpaid and it defeating the purpose of using this.
On top of this, it took me several tries to actually reach someone in their customer service department. They are not quick to respond!
