This app has been unusable during almost the entire 4 mos I have been working with my chiro. It worked initially and proved valuable for the videos of the exercises, but the calendar does not advance and it never “unchecks” done exercises, so there is no history. After the latest update, I deleted the app and my chiro sent me a new link, which worked flawlessly to guide me to the App Store to download the app, but then all the old data was still there; no update to the exercises, no ability to advance the calendar; all exercises still showing checked. Nothing has changed. Clearly, their ability to write and execute test scenarios or do regression testing is amateurish at best.

Whenever my PT program is changed, at PT, by my PT, the changes don’t automatically update in my profile. She needs to email me a new link, each time & then I need to figure out how to get it open in the app. She doesn’t understand why she has to do this, she thinks it should automatically be updating to my profile. What’s the problem? If I’m doing something wrong, please explain.

This latest set of updates is causing the app to crash over and over so I can’t enter data. It’s very frustrating. It also loads like an elephant climbing stairs. Seriously, what app takes a full 30 seconds to open?? And it does that every time it crashes too if it doesn’t crash midway through loading.
