Still Broken!

PhysiApp has been unusable during almost the entire 4 mos I have been working with my chiro. It worked initially and proved valuable for the videos of the exercises, but the calendar does not advance and it never “unchecks” done exercises, so there is no history. After the latest update, I deleted PhysiApp and my chiro sent me a new link, which worked flawlessly to guide me to PhysiApp Store to download PhysiApp , but then all the old data was still there; no update to the exercises, no ability to advance the calendar; all exercises still showing checked. Nothing has changed. Clearly, their ability to write and execute test scenarios or do regression testing is amateurish at best.

Broken

This latest set of updates is causing PhysiApp to crash over and over so I can’t enter data. It’s very frustrating. It also loads like an elephant climbing stairs. Seriously, what app takes a full 30 seconds to open?? And it does that every time it crashes too if it doesn’t crash midway through loading.

Slow after update

Extremely slow after the last update.
Often quits unexpectedly
Takes time to update whenever PhysiApp loses focus (after clicking on a notification or using Siri)

Great but annoying

PhysiApp would be great with just two fixes: 1) it reloads the whole app whenever you return from viewing another app and you have to navigate to where you were again 2) if you use the exercise timers in PhysiApp , they pause the music you’re listening to every time they ring.

Awful

Junk! Current version does not even allow users to access exercise programs. Older versions were very difficult to use and full of other bugs. Many better options available

Would give 0 stars if I could

Horrible customer service, horrible connections, constant errors and no assistance whatsoever by the company. To get the video conferencing to work both ends have to clear the browser each time and hope and pray it works. Have tried tirelessly to get this system to benefit us and we have moved on.

Great concept just doesn’t work

It takes forever to load and then crashes every time you click on anything. Bummer because it’s a great concept and having an app with reminders would’ve been really helpful for me.

Don’t understand this app

Whenever my PT program is changed, at PT, by my PT, the changes don’t automatically update in my profile. She needs to email me a new link, each time & then I need to figure out how to get it open in PhysiApp . She doesn’t understand why she has to do this, she thinks it should automatically be updating to my profile. What’s the problem? If I’m doing something wrong, please explain.

Started well, then quickly fizzles.

Great start as PhysiApp allowed me to create an account using login with Apple—one star. Seems to acknowledge HIPPA privacy—one star.
Sadly the developer chose not to enable the leveraging of Apple health and wellness apis—no stars.
PhysiApp doesn’t show what else it might be capable of because the patient needs to have a healthcare professional grant access—not patient centric.

Great concept. Poor execution.

The idea behind PhysiApp is great. Being able to have a custom program and have your PT see your progress on your exercises…. That’s awesome.

But PhysiApp has a ton of problems. I’ll just list the most important one: on iOS it logs you out EVERY TIME you leave PhysiApp . This makes it totally unusable.

Apparently this has been a known issue for months. The fact that something this major and basic still hasn’t been fixed is ridiculous.

Suddenly became toooo low

Today, a week after version update, while I was using PhysiApp , the sound went from clearly audible to almost inaudible.
I can't wear headphones while doing the exercises so a lot less helpful than formerly. Sound is okay on other apps. So, what is happening?

Great Demo Videos

The demo videos and descriptions of the exercises are excellent. But the tracking feature of PhysiApp needs to let you record that you completed your program more than once a day.

I like it

I love that there are videos of each exercise. I just wish there was a way I could check off each exercise I complete each day. It gives you notifications that you need to complete x number of exercises. But you have to click on each one, and it doesn’t show which one is completed. So for example, if I had 16 exercises and it’s showing I have 1 that wasn’t completed and I couldn’t remember which one, there is no way to tell which one I missed. Seems like a fairly easy fix to make a good app an awesome app.

Tremendous Concept

Works well for me, however, would like to see an Apple Watch app with same reminders, completion actions along with reminders to mark the exercise complete. PhysiApp has outstanding potential as a PT tool to ensure exercises are performed and reported.

Ok

I enjoyed the exercises and it helped immensely with a nerve injury I suffered but now my program is done, arm back to normal but I am still being charged! i have cancelled several times

Set Counts

This would be better if I could mark each set and weights used individually. I typically increase weights used during sets and have no way to notate.

Awesome app

Awesome app, easy to use, very detailed written and video instructions including number of reps and sets from my physical therapist. You can easily log each exercise and PhysiApp is super easy, convenient, and helpful.

Functionality so much improved!

Great convenience and access to prescriptive exercises!!

Well in Montclair P/T

This P/T App is outstanding and is helping me with my rotator cuff rehab and recovery. By combining the oral instructions with model video on my cell phone, it improves my exercise technique and helps motivate and guide me to complete the sets. Thank you.

This app really helps. Much better than the paper!

PhysiApp really helps. Much better than the paper handouts.
