Won’t stay on setting. Keeps reverting back to schedule when I turn schedule off. As soon as the app updates it puts the schedule on. I e had to delete schedule and will use manually.

How to fix The Hive app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the The Hive app on iPhone
Update The Hive app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall The Hive iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix The Hive on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve The Hive network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

The Hive Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix The Hive not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the The Hive App
1. On android, goto Settings » The Hive » click [Force Stop]

Update The Hive to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear The Hive App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » The Hive » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart The Hive.

Fix The Hive unable to contact server/ The Hive internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click The Hive » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto The Hive » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch The Hive
