Not tracking my steps, accurately have tried several times contacting customer service in order to solve the issues. They blaming the Health app. I have tried resetting the app uninstalling and reinstalling my Apple Watch and nothing has work the days there are days where I did 12,000 step the app shows 6000 average, this app doesn’t work and I can never get credited for my steps. The app doesn’t work properly. Customer service doesn’t help. I personally I feel the app is ridged, set up so you don’t get credit for your

The previous version of this app was ok. It took a bit, but it finally synched steps my Apple Watch through the Health app for our insurance incentive program. No matter what we did though, her watch would not synch. We used a third party app that, for some reason, connected, but never gave her full credit for her steps. She often would have to take 12,000 or 13,000 steps for it to register as 10,000.
We updated over the new year and now nothing works. Nothing synchs. It says I’m connected, but no data comes over.
Like others, we were waiting for the update. One came, cut it didn’t address the failure to synch with Apple Health or Apple Watch.
Fix it. Do better.

Forced to App Store to load the latest version and now stuck in loop from App Store to app only allowing to go back to App Store for update or cancel out. Looks like I’ll be out of last weeks effort and who knows when new update will be fixed to work properly.
