I walked 3 miles each day for two days but app do not show any recorded activities. I’m using Apple Ultra Watch and followed all instructions to share my data from health app to this app.

Not tracking my steps, accurately have tried several times contacting customer service in order to solve the issues. They blaming the Health app. I have tried resetting ActiveFit uninstalling and reinstalling my Apple Watch and nothing has work the days there are days where I did 12,000 step ActiveFit shows 6000 average, ActiveFit doesn’t work and I can never get credited for my steps. ActiveFit doesn’t work properly. Customer service doesn’t help. I personally I feel ActiveFit is ridged, set up so you don’t get credit for your

Since the update, my steps aren’t tracking. I followed their directions and ActiveFit is still not working correctly

Please tell me what to do. Everything seems synced, but ActiveFit is not registering one single step. Once I updated, it stopped.

I am unsure what happened to ActiveFit because when I first downloaded it, it would put in my gym visits automatically. This has not been the case in a while.

Very frustrated ActiveFit still does not record my steps since the update. When are you gonna send a fix for your problem?

If you get the new update, ActiveFit won’t open at all for some reason. It takes a while to fix, but I don’t know when.

Not easy to use any longer, to update gyms I frequent or to add my home workouts on my peloton. It’s also been messing up my step counts and not checking me into places automatically

I keep allowing ActiveFit to read/write all the health data it asks for, but it doesn’t save that choice no matter how many times I try. Can’t sync steps now, so I won’t be able to hit goals.

Smart walking feature still isn’t working on app after update claims it fixes it. I’ve unconnected and reconnected multiple times and still no fix. It’s a shame.

ActiveFit worked fine until this update and now it won’t sync steps or recognize my location to automatically log a workout. Very frustrating!

ActiveFit was amazing until the latest update where the steps from my Apple Health Health are not syncing anymore, this is a huge problem because I get a $20 credit from my health insurance monthly for meeting my goals and because it is now syncing, I am losing the monetary benefit for Horizonbfit 😡

Since December 16 it does not detect gym visits. App says my bluetooth is off when phone shows it’s on. Why bluetooth anyway? Prior version only required wi-fi. Home screen now shows panels of drivel—no way to delete. App worked great for 2 years. Some propellerheads wrecked it. Here we are 2 months later and still no fix!

Since they updated ActiveFit , it fails to sync and fails to record your steps. Many people complaining yet still no fix after many weeks. Hopefully it’s because of the holidays and you will address this first thing in the new year.

Forced to App Store to load the latest version and now stuck in loop from App Store to app only allowing to go back to App Store for update or cancel out. Looks like I’ll be out of last weeks effort and who knows when new update will be fixed to work properly.

The previous version of ActiveFit was ok. It took a bit, but it finally synched steps my Apple Watch through the Health app for our insurance incentive program. No matter what we did though, her watch would not synch. We used a third party app that, for some reason, connected, but never gave her full credit for her steps. She often would have to take 12,000 or 13,000 steps for it to register as 10,000.

We updated over the new year and now nothing works. Nothing synchs. It says I’m connected, but no data comes over.

Like others, we were waiting for the update. One came, cut it didn’t address the failure to synch with Apple Health or Apple Watch.

Fix it. Do better.

I have it set to notice my location while using ActiveFit . I open ActiveFit on the way to gym and leave it open for the 45 minutes I’m there and it never recognizes my location and logs my visit. I have to log each visit manually. Annoying. This was never a problem before the update.

This last update is definitely not an improvement! The step count lags a lot. I also have a Pedometer and in the past the step count would sync very promptly. It’s not the case anymore and it’s not showing me all the steps my Pedometer is showing. I definitely want to uninstall this update, but I’m concerned about losing all the data. Please fix this issue or revert to the previous version.

I thought ActiveFit wouldn’t sync. That was my misunderstanding. It began syncing on my official activation day.

I’ve not had any problems with ActiveFit !
