When trying to log out, it doesn’t give me the option to just log it. It’s a log it move onto the n next exercise.

Fitbod stopped sharing with Apple health, stopped loading workouts, and frequently freezes. I uploaded latest version of app, restarted phone, have attempted to change settings (freezes every time). Don’t want to lose all my years of workout data. Options? I love this app overall.

How to fix Fitbod app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Fitbod app on iPhone
Update Fitbod app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Fitbod iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Fitbod on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Fitbod network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fitbod Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Fitbod not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Fitbod App
1. On android, goto Settings » Fitbod » click [Force Stop]

Update Fitbod to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Fitbod App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Fitbod » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Fitbod.

Fix Fitbod unable to contact server/ Fitbod internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Fitbod » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Fitbod » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Fitbod
