I downloaded FourKitesCarrierLink a couple weeks ago and used it for 1 load. I have been on a load for over a week. Today I get a notification on my phone recommending I change the location settings because it has got my location 7 times in the last 3 days while I haven’t been on a load and FourKitesCarrierLink was closed.

What’s the point tracking drivers? TQL , Trinity, MegaCorp, CH Robinson and others Brokers!? They tracking drivers drivers phones not to bother drivers and keeping calling and texting and emails drivers and wee asking why calling when you said not to bother wee ask to track your phone? They keep saying wee don’t trust tracking :( it’s not working:( driver can say its in different locations? How if you can’t modify the location? Why tracking? And then you keep calling? That means there is something more to tracking your phone? They doing something or stealing information from your phone:(((

Broker insisted I download and use FourKitesCarrierLink. I looked at the data it robs from my phone and told them no way. Why do they need to pillage my phone for my search history, contact info, data usage, diagnostics and everything else to track their load? I will tell you why… they sell all of your personal info to anybody who has money. If you want a barrage of hourly emails, automated calls and texts I highly recommend FourKitesCarrierLink. If you enjoy your privacy I do NOT recommend FourKitesCarrierLink.

This appt is been giving me problems, its not showing me the pick up time nor the drop out time nor the dates, the time i log in is FourKitesCarrierLink is the same time that is giving me to pick up and drop out too, i have been having this issue over a week i contact their tech support and they told me to take some screenshot and send them an email explaining them what going on and they have not reply back to me.

Why does it try to route an 18 wheeler with u-turns? It’s also awkward to find the gps to each location, it would be easier to have a button or a prompt or an option or something that once you mark the load as picked up you can choose to start navigating to the next destination. It would also be nice to be able to check along the route for truck stops and rest areas. There should also be a prompt or option when you mark the load as picked up to take a picture of the BOL immediately and then after you mark the load as delivered to take another picture of the BOL signed. The two stars is because of the u-turns though, that’s unacceptable and shouldn’t happen. The other stuff just seems like it would make more sense and be more convenient for the drivers and the companies that require us to use the load tracking. Also, being able to update if there’s a delay like a flat or mechanical issue, road closure due to weather or detention etc. would probably be convenient to keep everyone in the loop as well

As a driver, I don’t see a need to track me 4 hours before my scheduled time or to constantly be tracked in the background of my phone. Tracking should start only when you open FourKitesCarrierLink . There should be an option for the company to be able to repeat regular trips like you would a calendar event instead of having to assign my trips daily. I know different companies do different things, but I deliver in the morning and pick up in the evening. Every stop after my first departure says delivered, day or night. Then it wants me to rate my location after each delivery and when I back out, it takes me to completed trips instead of back to the active one I’m currently using. With today’s technology, these seem to be minor issues that could make this experience a lot better.

FourKitesCarrierLink doesn’t like to update itself.. will say your departed when I haven’t even left the destination.. will get the new active load most days when I’m already at my final destination of the day … it will
Send you a text saying to track your active load and when you go look for the active load it’s not there

Changed the permissions to Always yet FourKitesCarrierLink continues to push notifications that state “Your Active Load Is Not Tracking,” yet when you open/switch to FourKitesCarrierLink it shows “Your Shipment is being currently tracked.” Nothing better than getting this false update in the middle of a 10-hour sleeper. FIX IT PLEASE!!

Please fix for when you mark a load as delivered it goes to the completed section have been trying for weeks and does not work it’s very annoying getting tracking notifications for a load you’ve done already

Needs to have option to edit arrivals.. when I have been parked close to the destination for some time FourKitesCarrierLink automatically checks in or out clearing the load.. need manual options to edit location status when this happens

Good app, easy to use and dependable. I have had the same issue twice where it stopped tracking randomly. The only other issue was where the broker had the wrong information loaded into FourKitesCarrierLink for delivery time, appointment number, etc. I wish it had automatic time stamps like MacroPoint

It shows gps so well that when you stop at driver or leave deliver it practically does it itself and send you a message confirmation to let you know so you literally can’t forget. Super cool for forgetful truckers that are busy on the next load and lose track time to time

Simple enough to allow companies to track their load but it also includes free trucking gps. Not sure how trustworthy it is to use but I will compare it to trucker path sometime soon. The estimated times are pretty slow. 45mph average on one trip vs trucker paths 60mph average. Perhaps it allows for traffic and unexpected events on every run. Pretty nice rather than getting my hopes up.

I’m very sorry for the shortened Saturday and tracking hiccups log book and cell phone It was a great load to be under the people on both ends were very nice Thank You Have a Grest Day 👍

CarrierLink can track loads as good if not better than any load tracking app out there. The best tracking for the best loads. If you want your load tracked by the best use CarrierLink and forget the rest

According to my iPhone if you have it turned off with no load, they don’t track you.

Their Navigation system for truck gps it’s really out of touch. Trip from Massillon Oh to Casa grande Az Over 2900 miles LOL Really??? Also the user friendly it’s not there either they design FourKitesCarrierLink with their back sides 😁

Why do you want to track my phone when a load is parked in the yard for the weekend it’s none of your business where I go on my off duty time
