I used ConfirmTkt to book multiple train tickets. They booked my tickets for the wrong dates and delayed my entire trip! Do not use.
I tried booking tickets for 12/15 and after payment, the ticket was confirmed for 12/16. Even though I definitely selected 12/15. This happened more than once.
I called customer service for help but they were unable to do anything. She said I would have to cancel and rebook the ticket but that would cause me to lose all the money. They won’t even refund me for their mistake. She just kept saying “sorry” as if that would help.
Be weary. Do not use.
I have booked a ticket on ConfirmTkt and it was waiting list 2 days before . I cancelled ticket and they charged hefty 900 rs on 4000rs under cancel free charge.
Please use irctc app instead of this.

I booked a ticket through this app app . My train got cancelled. I’m getting a msg my train was cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances, so I called customer support, they said after date of journey refund will be processed after 48 hours . So I booked another ticket. Again I called customer support and asked refund they said they will not provide refund you can ask IRCTC. How can i ask IRCTC I paid extra amount to this app I booked through them how can I ask IRCTC. this app are not care about customer. Worst service don’t prefer this 3rd party app. Ppl plz book direct irctc this is my humble request. This this app ppl stolen my 319 rs.
Could not complete a reservation for 5 foreign nationals. Kept saying « foreign citizens cannot get travel insurance » and we could not find a way to continue. Very frustrating.
ConfirmTkt looks great but when someone tries to register an account, I took all that time to enter my info and hit the register button, and NOTHING HAPPENS! Was the same on the computer website as well!
You’re going to lose a lot of opportunity when the only way to get a ticket here is to register an account and then you cannot register an account!
ConfirmTkt usage and functionalities are very good, but no functionality is working as expected, it crashes itself, payment is always hectic, and you can forget about connecting to IRCTC, overall not a good app.
Trying to book a train ticket from overseas. There are acronyms like 3E, 3A, 2A, 1A. What do these mean. Your customers can be across the world. Make ConfirmTkt more intuitive.
A good App, but for the first time, I was not informed about the food not being served on the train and my friend had to suffer that. Please inform the person booking the ticket if extra amount is to be paid for food.
I love ConfirmTkt for its speed. I can check PNR and SEAT AVAILABILITY in few seconds. Prediction on Birth confirmation is a new thing.
Suggestion - in Search Train - when searching for station, the blue line is so dark that user cant understand where to click to type.
