Intentionally crashing the mobile browsers and Chrome to force people into downloading GoogleAds to use Ads is shady at best. Everything else in the world runs fine in the Chrome mobile browser except Google’s own products 🤔🤔.. Take your own advice/guidelines and make your sites mobile browser friendly.

Google Ads doesn’t care about the customer, they just care about that check! They give you numbers back that don’t match your own algorithms! For example, I supposedly received “20,000 engagements and views” but my actual video I advertised is waaaaay below that number. They also never contacted me about the Ad renewing itself!? I downloaded this to test their services out and now all they want is a $450 check! I contacted support about the additional charges and instead of trying to help me get my money back, they told me the reasoning for each dollar charged. Despite me explaining how we got there! God if the world could live without Google support it’d be a great time to be alive, but welp here we are.

First of all, if your smart ad is rejected, there is no way to know the reason. If you try to fix it, eventually your account will be blocked for violation of their policies without specific explanations and opportunity to fix. Don’t waste your time and money unless you are ready to spend millions. The worse customer support.

They claim to give a match of your first ad. But bill you for your part plus the part that supposed to be the match. They are the hardest people to get ahold of unless they are trying to sell ads. They keep you business phone tied up with people selling ads but can’t answer any other questions. Don’t waste you time and money with these Thieves.

I’ve read everything on trying to resolve an issue and no answer is given. Why is my AdWords express google sssistant directing calls from our ad that are clearly being misdirected. We’re receiving calls that are very similar in nature, yet not having anything to do with our ad or business. This has been going on for several months even prior to our running an ad with AdWords Express. I’ve come here twice for support and still have had none! Can you please help!?

Whenever I open GoogleAds it says it could not login with my account, so I try signing in with a different account but this doesn’t matter because after entering. The same page with the other account not working shows up again. I have reinstalled GoogleAds multiple times and restarted my device, not sure what to do.

I am getting so close to just dropping out of Google all together. Another convoluted experience, I have to go to my old mobile device, which is a first generation iPhone SE, in order to edit my budget. Where is that function in the new experience on the iPhone app? You search the word budget and there are zero results. Done.
I know my review is not gonna do anything since it’s Google and they can just overwhelm my review with fake, bought 5 stars reviews but whatever. The apps is laughable compare to the desktop webpage. Stats are impossible to view, basically nothing. And when my ads get disapproved, there is not a place where I can fix it. Cool design tho, add a star to this atrocity.

Have tried this for a year. Works good at first . First week is great then you get calls from people looking for other businesses that don’t have anything to do with your business. Then you get spammer s clicking your ads and google won’t refund you for the scammers. Then you try to call them for help and recording says they are closed for COVID-19. Then they try to call but never rings your phone always goes to you answer machine. Try to return call and get messages that they are closed for Covid-19. So frustrating they always want to change you more and more but the ad gets worse with wrong number or spam calls. No customer service at all the people they give you from India never call you back after 100 messages sent to them. Never call you when they say. Be careful with this.

I got banned without knowing why it happened I got an email and it did not explain the issue. I went through my videos and I did not see anything going against the guidelines. I tried to write an appeal and it kept saying the website link has an error. I feel like my success is being stopped.

I wish I could include pictures, but more than half my ads display no stats or information on them(they have tons of info on my desktop). I can’t edit or work with them at all and there doesn’t seem to be a fix online. The query “stats not displayed on Google AdWords app” ironically just shows a bunch of AdWords relating to AdWords campaigns and it drowns the useful results.
When it works, it’s great. But I kind of expect Google to be able to put out functional applications, especially when I’m investing hundreds of dollars into them.
Difficult to Navigate the Ad menus

While Google ads appears to be a very powerful marketing tool, the navigation is difficult to follow. I was forced to write down a map of the options so I could remember where I found something. There appears to be no clear direction on how to set up the ads. I had difficulty setting up the audiences as well as attempting to relocate the fields I felt or helpful. It seems I have found most of the features by stumbling across them.
In my recent experience I can say it is slow and the performance sometimes doesn’t spend the money set in the agreement. I hope the service will be improved soon.

GoogleAds used to be mediocre at best. It worked but wasn’t the best. The new update made everything so much more useable. I NEVER write reviews, but I had to for this update because wow, it really made GoogleAds so much better.
I use Google Ads for business maybe once every hour of my day and this makes me so happy to see GoogleAds and Google as a company move in the right direction.
I like that it pulls up quickly. I think it is as easy to use on a phone as it should be.

GoogleAds should never have been signed off on. Missing basic components needed to run a campaign. Basic stuff like ad duration dates aren't here. No ability to download or share reports are in GoogleAds. Calling support was a bad experience since I kept getting disconnected from Google's IVR because I couldn't copy/paste the account ID. GoogleAds conforms to Google's lack of UX focus.
GoogleAds exists solely because Google needs to check off the "We have an app for AdWords" checkbox. It is impossible for any professional to effectively manage campaigns using this.
[Update] I wish I could give GoogleAds a negative rating. -5 stars. Ignore any reviews that give GoogleAds more than 1 star. I manage campaigns daily and GoogleAds is a professional's nightmare.

Kept asking my to complete my profile via phone app Which it seemed very limited from my mobile to do such, so I did it from my desktop. And when I came back to GoogleAds on my phone it kept telling me to finish creating my profile. So I would go back to the desktop open up the application, double check to make sure I wasn’t missing anything, everything was filled out correctly, and yet for some reason GoogleAds from the phone just could not figure out that my profile was complete. Wasted my time.

Have different date on desktop website and GoogleAds. Tried to call support, they gave me some sales person first , then call them again with straight questions to get in touch with tech support , the guy asked me all my info about account and said hang on line he transferring me to tech support, 4 min later it’s broke up . Call 2 more times , answered all the same stupid questions about my account , and then same thing waiting forever for some fantastic tech support, and broke up again and again. Removing campaigns and apps . Such a dump service support from google .

So I tried putting my business ad and was billed $58+ on the 1st month & $147+ on the 2nd month without any sale at all. I tested how it works by trying to use multiple laptops, Cellphone, IPad, & computers at home & at work to search for the words that might lead to my ad but nothing would come up from my google ad unless I personally log-in to my google ad account. What a waste of money! So google ad automatically charged & get money from me & never get a single penny back. What a rip... As soon as a I saw their charges, closed that ad I made for days & thought would work. What a waste of my precious time and hard earned money...
This is a bogus advertising plot to steal your hard earned money!! It started as a promotional offer, but they don’t tell you that it’s a recurring charge every month. They charge you for telemarketers who click on your ad to get your phone number. Then when the telemarketers call you, they charge you for that as well. Then customer service is foreign so you can’t understand them. The first person I talked with on the phone gave me a bogus phone number to call billing. After 3 calls, they finally sent an email stating that they looked at my account and said that all of the “clicks” and phone calls were legitimate. After 3 months, I had zero legitimate leads and they will not refund your money. Total scam!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD!!

With the last few versions of Google Ads, they seem to have removed a few critical features or they’ve hidden away the ability to change settings for following.
1. The most important time periods for me are current month and previous month. You can still choose current month, but there’s no easy way to choose the previous month without a custom date range.
2. The ability to choose more than two key metrics (cost, clicks, conversions, CPC, average position, etc.) at a time appears to have disappeared with recent updates. Most of us are using iPhone 7 or greater at this point. I’m using an iPhone X. There’s plenty of screen space so why not let us add more than two?

I gave GoogleAds 1 star only because since the recent update, nothing works. I am Spending over $200k monthly and Heavily depended on GoogleAds to manage as I am always traveling on the road. Since the recent update, nothing works. The data are all wrong. I’m showing old campaigns. All of the shopping campaigns are not visible. The totals are all off due to missing campaigns. I guess this is Google’s way of cashing in when people cannot manage and leave it running. Fix you app Google!

USE FACEBOOK OR ANYTHING ELSE IF YOUR’E A BEGINNER!! I don’t even know what happened, if I did anything wrong because google will not say. I’m a beginner using paid advertising and I just tried to do an ad for the first time in a couple years. Then the same day I got an email from google saying my account is suspended for “circumventing systems.” WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN? They say they can’t tell me why, and my account is suspended forever and any other accounts I make will be suspended. I heard this can happen from my website getting hacked, well if that’s the case then it’s not my fault. What a terrible experience for a beginner. No idea about what I did wrong and no help or explanation from google on how to fix this. Google is leaving me, a new innocent customer “screwed” for life now. Thanks a lot, jerk.

I disabled my campaigns using GoogleAds only to find out days later that my campaigns restarted themselves without my knowledge causing and outstanding balance. I contacted customer support and they told me the history log shows me stopping the campaigns the same day I contacted them. They said I will be charged the outstanding balance and there was nothing they could do for me. I asked for further investigation with Corporate level Assistance and I have not heard back.
Has this glitch happen to anyone else with GoogleAds? I asked them why they don’t provide us with daily reports so we know if campaigns are running without our knowledge. This is Google! Clearly they can come up with the algorithm for this! Does anyone have a Corporate Number I can call to get some answers? My search results take me to the same contact information which has been a dead end.
We had to get a solution like ClickGUARD to do something to protect our business from these highly immoral & unconscionable thieves just to have a fighting chance.
They recently took away the Max CPC, AVGpos columns and other features because ever new version update is designed to takes away more true control features from the advertisers and replace them with useless tweaks that no one needs as they aim to push advertisers towards their ultimate goal of having everyone on fully automated bidding strategies that only benefit Google bottom line at the expense of hard working small business owners and advertisers who continue watching their avgCPC go up while ROI continues to diminish.
90% of Google ads clicks are little more than abusive, disruptive, low value, and fraudulent clicks. Google knows this but does nothing about it because every quarter they must answer to and feed the insatiable beast that is Wall Street with new record earnings and profits margins stolen from hard working small businesses advertisers.

This isn’t the place for this but honestly I’m so beyond frustrated with this service and heir arbitrary policy suspensions and total disregard for customers and transparency. My account was suspended for reasons that are totally and purposefully unknown. Reasons stated as “suspicious payment”. There is no one to talk too, no one to email, no reason or explanation instead accounts are all given computer generated responses. Imagine this for a second, I’m your child's principal and tomorrow I send you kid home from school with no explanation, no reason, no contact info, and simply state that it’s indefinite and “thank you for your understanding”. What kind of reaction are you going to have? You cannot contact a single person when you have a problem that doesn’t fit in their predetermined boxes and are treated like a criminal when you try and prove legitimacy. Oh and don’t think about trying to make another account and start over; you’re suspended on the platform for life, but you’ll never know why. This is not how businesses work; I don’t care if you’re Google, Microsoft or Apple - you can’t be a conglomerate and then cut people’s hands off for no reason and without warning and expect them to take it lying down. Sad because this is the ONLY WAY for my business to grow. Nice work Google.

Okay, I agree with a lot said about Google taking money and having little useful assistance from the India help desk, where I have received mostly bad suggestions and advice. But this is when speaking about Adwords in general. This new mobile app is really there just to compliment the desktop version of Adwords, now Google Ads, in my mind. I don’t think it is meant to be a stand-along application where you do everything as you can using Adwords on your desktop. I use this mobile app primarily to review my campaigns’ performance. And in this regard, it does a fine job. So my suggestion to all those giving bad reviews, use the desktop version to create your campaigns and then the mobile app to watch over your campaign’s performance.

I haven’t had any issues with data not being the same as desktop. I only run one ad and from what I’m seeing the add is doing well. Keep in mind that this is a mobile app so keep it simple. Make small adjustments on the desktop so that you won’t have to touch the mobile app unless you are configuring your budget. Billions of people use the Google on various platforms so create a good ad and reach your dreams...

Lol so it seems a lot of the bad reviews are from folks trying to actually CREATE campaigns on GoogleAds. GoogleAds will fail horribly at that... However, I use it for checking the stats on my current campaigns and it’s perfect for it. I can even log into the various accounts to see specifics for each without have to log out or close GoogleAds .
This is a verrrry good supplemental application to the desktop web app. It does NOT replace it, and it honestly doesn’t attempt to so I’m confused at where most of the issues arise from. If you’re looking for a quick way to check ad stats though, GoogleAds def does the trick
