I updated CovenantDrive to version 3.8.3 and was continually bombarded by requests to edit my login. Since my login information was correct, I deleted CovenantDrive and re-downloaded it. All attempts to log back in have failed. Meanwhile, my iPad running version 3.8.2 is working just fine.
CovenantDrive works when it wants to and is unreliable. Needs major improvements in order to serve drivers on the road.
I have had the privilege of working with many companies at home and abroad but the way things are being handled here in Ft Wayne I have never seen or had to endure the lack of organization as it is......
While doing vertical alliance videos it will only let me do one at a time. Whenever I try to do a second the AP kicks me out and I have to log back in between every video I want to do.
CovenantDrive keeps reverting to a main menu/home screen that only allows:
- covenant driver referral
- star driver referral
- srt driver referral
- prayer request
- find transflo
- account settings
There’s no way to get back to the proper home screen. I can’t see loads, send documents, send or receive messages, or use any tools of any kind. When it worked it was fine and worked as expected. Needs a major bug fix.
When I first started using CovenantDrive it was great! I was always getting messages from fleet team, I would always get new load information, I could accept the load. Over the last several months I haven’t received very many messages or new loads. I have to open CovenantDrive and refresh content, not very helpful or useful. My iOS firmware is up to date and I am running the latest version CTG mobile. Can you help?
Its been wishy washy lately. It wont let me see driver miles or pretty much anything that doesnt have to do directly with loads, But i can scan load docs so its not horrible.🤷🏿♂️
For the past several days CovenantDrive has been acting worse than Jill
I haven’t received no notifications for some time now. I’ve removed and reinstalled it many times. Hard for me if I can’t see when I get a message or a load.
CovenantDrive is honestly terrible. They hardly make updates on it and when they do it’s God awful. It has so many glitches and issues you never know when you will actually work correctly. One thing good I can say is it serves its purpose when CovenantDrive is actually working correctly. That’s why I have it two stars.
Every time I open CovenantDrive it won’t let me do anything anymore it keeps says error. Please fix soon
When I started using CovenantDrive back in NOV it was great I got messages before my truck com did. Now I don't get them at all I have to go into CovenantDrive on my own or I have to be in the truck.
Multiple pages within CovenantDrive do not work and it’s becoming a pain trying to track true team miles and miles for the week please fix
Since the latest update I have not been able to use any of CovenantDrive ’s features
When you spot a typo after sending, and correcting that word is important for clarity, you should be able to edit the word like other apps allow.
I really like and love working with this company and CovenantDrive is a really big help
